新学期伊始，为全面掌握教学秩序、保障学生返校生活平稳有序，3月3日春季学期开学首日，国际工程学院领导班子带领各专业系主任、各部门教职工，深入课堂一线、学生宿舍，“督学风 听诉求 办实事”学风建设专项活动，为新学期各项工作开好头、起好步。
At the beginning of the new semester, to comprehensively monitor teaching quality and ensure a smooth transition of the life for returning students, on March 3—the first day of the spring semester—the leadership team of the International School of Engineering, along with department heads and faculty members, visited classrooms and student dormitories to conduct the "Supervise Study Atmosphere and Discipline, Listen to Demands, and Deliver Practical Services" special activity, which aimed to lay a solid foundation for the new semester’s work.

上午8时，学院领导班子与各部门工作人员走进各教学教室，秉持“课堂是人才培养的主阵地”的工作精神，对开学第一课的课堂秩序、教师授课状态、学生出勤及学习情况进行全面检查。课堂上，教师备课充分、学生精神饱满，师生互动积极，教学设备运转正常，整体教学秩序井然。检查过程中，重点关注课程思政融入、课堂创新设计、学生出勤情况、上课精神状态等内容，并与部分师生就教学内容优化、学习习惯养成等问题展开交流。
At 8:00 a.m., the leaders and staff entered into some classrooms, adhering to the principle that "the classroom is the main battlefield for talent cultivation." They conducted a comprehensive inspection of first-day classes, focusing on order, teaching quality, attendance, and engagement. Teachers were well-prepared, students displayed enthusiasm, interactions were dynamic, and equipment functioned properly, reflecting an overall orderly teaching environment. During inspections, key areas included integration of ideological education into courses, innovative class design, student attendance, and learning engagement. Discussions with teachers and students also include teaching content optimization and study habit development.

中午12时，学院领导班子与各年级辅导员走进学生宿舍，实地查看宿舍安全卫生环境，了解学生返校后生活适应情况。“刚开学状态怎么样？”“学习计划制定得如何？”“之后就业升学做了哪些准备？”……学院领导与同学们亲切交谈，耐心解答学业规划、生活服务、考公考编、就业升学、出国深造等方面的疑问，并叮嘱学生注意春季传染病预防、合理作息。在走访中，学院领导还重点检查了宿舍用电安全、公共设施维护等情况，切实提升服务保障水平。
At noon, the leaders and counselors visited student dormitories to assess safety, hygiene, and post-return adjustments. Questions like,"How are you adjusting to the new semester?" "Have you set academic goals?" and "What preparations have you made for employment, further education, or studying abroad?" were warmly discussed. Leaders patiently addressed concerns about academic planning, campus services, civil service exams, career development, and further study abroad. They suggested on health precautions for seasonal illnesses and reasonable time schedule and also focused on the inspection of the safety of dormitory electrical usage, facility maintenance and etc.

开学首日的“督学风 听诉求 办实事”学风建设专项活动，既是国际工程学院落实立德树人根本任务、深化“三全育人”改革的生动实践，也彰显了学院教职工“下沉课堂、靠前服务”的工作作风。从课堂到宿舍，从教学到生活，学院以务实行动传递育人温度，以精细管理护航学生成长。
This activity on the first day practised ISE reform of fostering virtue through education and advancing the "Three-Aspects Education"，highlighted the faculty’s work style of "engaging classrooms and prioritizing service." From classrooms to dormitories, teaching to daily life, the college demonstrated practical care and meticulous management to support student growth.
