On March 26, ISE held the appointment ceremony for the second Teaching Quality Supervision Expert Group in Conference Room A1109 of the Modern Education Building. Dean Huang Lingxiang, Vice Dean Tan Lifeng, and experts of the supervision group attended the ceremony. The event was presided over by Vice Dean Tan Lifeng.
谭立峰副院长对各位督导专家的到来表示热烈欢迎。谭立峰副院长指出，教育教学督导是保障学院教学质量的重要举措，新聘任的督导专家涵盖了学院各学科领域的资深教授和教育教学经验丰富的骨干教师，对于提升学院整体教育水平、推动教育教学改革具有深远意义。谭立峰副院长详细介绍了督导专家的工作职责，包括深入课堂听课、评估教学质量、为教师提供专业指导、参与教学管理决策等，强调督导专家将在学院教育教学质量提升过程中发挥关键作用。各位督导专家积极建言献策，围绕如何更好地履行督导职责、提升教学质量等问题展开了深入探讨。专家们结合自身丰富的教学经验，提出了许多建设性意见建议。
Vice Dean Tan Lifeng extended a warm welcome to the supervision experts. He emphasized that teaching and education supervision is a critical measure to ensure the quality of the college’s education. The newly appointed experts include senior professors and core teachers with extensive teaching experience across various disciplines. Their involvement will significantly enhance the school’s educational standards and drive teaching reforms. Vice Dean Tan introduced the experts’ responsibilities, such as conducting in-class observations, evaluating teaching quality, providing professional guidance to teachers, and participating in decision-making on teaching management. He stressed the pivotal role of the experts in elevating teaching quality. 国际工程学院院长黄凌翔介绍了学院学生目前的学习现状。黄院长指出，国际工程学院是中波三所高校共同打造的中波高质量合作办学的典范，学院学生在专业知识学习、实践能力培养等方面取得了一定成绩，但在学习积极性、创新思维等方面仍有提升空间。针对这些情况，希望督导专家能够在日常教学督导中，关注学生的学习状态，及时发现问题并提出改进措施，帮助学生取得更大的进步。
Dean Huang Lingxiang addressed the current academic performance of the college’s students. He noted that ISE, a model of high-quality cooperative education jointly established by TCU and the other two Polish universities, has achieved notable progress in students’ professional knowledge and practical skills. However, there remains room for improvement in areas such as learning enthusiasm and innovative thinking. Dean Huang urged the experts to closely monitor students’ learning engagement during their supervision, identify challenges promptly, and propose actionable solutions to foster greater student development.
