跨越山海,云端相聚 | 国际工程学院开展在波兰比亚韦斯托克工业大学学习师生线上座谈会

10月26日,波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学(BUT)秋季学期启幕之际,国际工程学院召开在波兰比亚韦斯托克工业大学学习师生线上座谈会。国际工程学院院长黄凌翔、党总支副书记孔伟、随行教师景一帆、辅导员胡洋、崔阿凤及在波学子云端相聚,共话成长。座谈会由崔阿凤主持。

On October 26, as the fall semester commenced at Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) in Poland, ISE convened an online symposium for students studying in BUT , Poland. Dean Huang Lingxiang, Deputy Party Secretary Kong Wei, accompanying faculty member Jing Yifan, counselor Hu Yang ,Cui Afeng and students in Poland gathered virtually to discuss their academic and personal growth. The symposium was chaired by Cui Afeng.

景一帆老师用详实数据与鲜活案例,复盘了同学们抵波一个月以来的学习与生活:各专业教学进度、课程亮点、考核方式逐一呈现他鼓励大家,应在波兰的课程中逐步探索并建立自主探究、知行合一的学习方式,注重融会贯通,勤于思考,主动与波兰教师交流请教,为后续的学业发展筑牢根基。


Professor Jing Yifan reviewed the students' academic progress and daily life during their first month in Poland using detailed data and vivid case studies. He presented the teaching schedules for each major, highlighted key course features, and outlined assessment methods. He encouraged everyone to gradually explore and establish a self-directed learning approach that integrates knowledge with practice during their Polish courses. He emphasized the importance of synthesizing knowledge, cultivating critical thinking, and proactively engaging with Polish faculty for guidance to lay a solid foundation for future academic development.





资源与环境专业研究生代表:张国洋

张国洋同学提到波兰生活处处是细规则,垃圾分时投放、商店限时营业等,日常节奏与消费习惯与国内差异显著。把每周任务拆成“五天完成+两天缓冲”,强制提前准备;同时把外出办事与运动、社交结合,用主动规划取代临时应对,将不便转化为时间管理能力的提升。


Zhang Guoyang mentioned that life in Poland is filled with detailed rules—like scheduled garbage collection and limited store hours—making daily rhythms and consumption habits quite different from those in China. He breaks weekly tasks into “five days to complete + two days buffer,” forcing himself to prepare ahead. He also combines errands with exercise and socializing, replacing last-minute scrambles with proactive planning, turning inconveniences into opportunities to improve his time management skills.



土木工程专业本科生代表:郭城华


郭城华同学在分享中谈到,波兰的课程安排虽与国内有所不同,但他们已逐渐适应当地的学习节奏,同学们会利用课间进行短暂休整,注重饮食搭配以保持精力,并有意识地将整体作息适度前移,不仅保持了良好的听课状态,也进一步优化了个人时间管理。如今,在BUT的同学们都能够从容应对学业任务,独立处理各类事务,关注身体健康,整体学习与生活状态积极、稳定。


In his sharing session, Guo Chenghua mentioned that although Poland's course schedule differs from that in China, they have gradually adapted to the local learning pace. Students take short breaks between classes, pay attention to balanced diets to maintain energy levels, and consciously adjust their overall schedules to start earlier. This not only keeps them alert during lectures but also further optimizes their personal time management. Today, students at BUT confidently manage academic demands, independently handle various tasks, prioritize physical well-being, and maintain a positive, stable state in both their studies and daily lives.



环境工程专业本科生代表:王艺超


 王艺超同学提到,在全英文授课之初,同学们积极应对、主动组建学习小组,在课后共同梳理笔记、向老师请教。这种互帮互助、共同钻研的方式,使得大家很快便适应了教学节奏,不仅能够独立完成英文课堂笔记,口语交流也日益流畅,展现出良好的适应能力与积极的团队协作精神


Wang Yichao mentioned that at the outset of the fully English-taught courses, students responded proactively by forming study groups. After class, they collaboratively organized notes and sought guidance from instructors. This approach of mutual support and collective exploration enabled everyone to quickly adapt to the teaching pace. Not only were they able to independently complete English class notes, but their oral communication skills also grew increasingly fluent, demonstrating strong adaptability and a positive spirit of teamwork.



胡洋老师就大家关心的身体健康、医疗保障、出行安全等问题进行答疑,并再次强调:“严守教学纪律,守住健康底线,安全出行,才能满载而归。”


Counselor Hu Yang addressed questions regarding health concerns, medical coverage, and travel safety, reiterating: “Strictly adhere to academic discipline, maintain health standards, and prioritize safe travel to ensure a fulfilling return.”


学院党总支副书记孔伟肯定大家积极适应、主动学习的态度,鼓励同学们保持开放心态,融合中波教育优势,既要延续国内踏实高效的学习习惯,也要吸收波兰教育中独立思考和健康生活的理念,做到学业与身心同步发展,平安、充实地完成留学任务,早日学成归来。


Vice Secretary Kong Wei commended everyone's proactive attitude in adapting and taking initiative in learning. He encouraged students to maintain an open mindset, integrating the strengths of both Chinese and Polish education systems. They should continue their diligent and efficient study habits cultivated domestically while embracing the Polish educational philosophy of independent thinking and healthy living. This approach ensures balanced academic and personal development, enabling students to complete their studies safely and meaningfully before returning home to contribute to their homeland.


黄凌翔院长最后叮嘱大家,同学们提到的差异,正是留学的价值,希望大家把两种优势都做“加法”:既保持国内练就的高效率,也学会波兰的敢于质疑精神;既坚持中国式的集体协作,也吸收欧洲对个体健康的尊重。将同学们在波兰的学习案例实时共享给低年级,让“跨越山海”变成“双向奔赴”的可持续成长。

This symposium built more than just a “bridge of hearts”; it served as a “transformer” that converted differences into nourishment and loneliness into growth.
