云端寄深情,护航伴成长 | 国际工程学院开展在波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学线上师生座谈会

为深入了解在波学生学习生活状态,强化中外合作办学过程管理,3月29日,国际工程学院通过线上平台,与远在波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学(BUT)的师生召开座谈会。国际工程学院院长黄凌翔、党总支副书记孔伟、副院长李光旻,随行教师刘今朝、胡洋,以及全体在BUT学生参会。会议由孔伟主持。


To gain a deeper understanding of the academic and personal circumstances of students studying in Poland and to strengthen the management of Sino-foreign cooperative education programmes, the ISE held an online symposium on 29 March with staff and students from the Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) in Poland. In attendance were Huang Lingxiang, Dean of the ISE ; Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch; Li Guangmin, Deputy Dean; accompanying lecturers Liu Jinchao and Hu Yang; and all students currently studying at BUT. The meeting was chaired by Kong Wei.

会议伊始,随行教师胡洋围绕学生安全与日常管理作工作汇报,赴波后严格落实每日21:00-23:00晚间点名制度,通过线上定位打卡与线下抽查相结合,实现全体学生全覆盖;动态对接波方相关部门,协同处理宿舍缴费、住宿规范等事宜;联动班委网格化管理体系。深入观摩环境专业实验课程,参与土木学生专题会议,解读选课规则、学分互认、请假制度等要求,全方位助力跨境教学管理提质增效。


At the outset of the meeting, Hu Yang, the accompanying teacher, delivered a work report focusing on student safety and day-to-day management. Since arriving in Poland, he has strictly enforced the evening roll call system between 21:00 and 23:00, combining online location check-ins with random on-site spot checks to ensure full coverage of all students; he has maintained close liaison with the relevant Polish departments to collaboratively handle matters such as dormitory fees and accommodation regulations; and he has worked with class representatives to establish a management system . He observed environmental science laboratory courses in depth, participated in thematic meetings with civil engineering students, and explained requirements regarding course selection rules, credit recognition and leave of absence procedures, thereby providing comprehensive support to enhance the quality and efficiency of cross-border teaching management.

随行教师刘今朝围绕专业教学与学业指导作工作汇报,以土木工程专业教学管理为核心,全面梳理本学期专业课程体系,精准对接波方教学安排。主动与波方教授深入座谈,沟通学生表现、听课状态等学情信息;实地探访结构实验室与振动实验室,深入了解实验设备配置与实践能力培养模式。召开土木专业全体学生座谈会,详细解读毕业学分要求、学位授予标准、毕业论文规范等关键事项,并针对性开展考研院校选择、复习规划、备考策略等指导,助力学生明确学业目标。


Accompanying lecturer Liu Jinchao delivered a work report focusing on subject teaching and academic guidance. Centring on the teaching management of the Civil Engineering programme, he provided a comprehensive overview of this semester’s curriculum and ensured it aligned precisely with the Polish teaching schedule. He proactively held in-depth discussions with Polish professors to exchange information on student performance and attendance; he also visited the Structural Engineering Laboratory and the Vibration Laboratory to gain a thorough understanding of the experimental equipment configuration and practical skills development models. A forum was convened for all Civil Engineering students, during which key matters such as graduation credit requirements, degree award criteria and thesis guidelines were explained in detail. Targeted guidance was provided on selecting postgraduate institutions, revision planning and exam preparation strategies to help students clarify their academic goals.



2023级土木合一班王乃锋



土木专业学生代表王乃锋汇报了本专业学习生活情况,本学期课程集中在周四、周五,以结构计算与设计为主,涉及CAD、ROBOT等专业软件应用。虽课程难度较上学期有所降低,但作业量与时耗增加,学生通过课堂主动交流、积极配合,以手绘与软件绘图相结合的方式按时完成作业。随行老师抵波后快速对接班委,落实管理与关怀工作,学生在专业学习、日常管理与海外生活方面均有序推进。


Wang Naifeng, a student representative from the Civil Engineering programme, reported on the academic and social life of the programme. This term’s classes are concentrated on Thursdays and Fridays, focusing primarily on structural analysis and design, and involving the use of specialist software such as CAD and ROBOT. Although the difficulty of the courses has decreased compared to last term, the workload and time required have increased. Through active classroom participation and cooperation, students have completed their assignments on time by combining hand-drawn sketches with computer-aided design. Upon arrival in Portugal, the accompanying teachers swiftly liaised with the class committee to implement management and welfare arrangements. Students are making steady progress in their academic studies, daily management and life abroad.



2023级环境合二班牛杨逸群



环境专业学生代表牛杨逸群汇报了本专业相关情况,环境专业本学期开设9门核心专业课程,学生整体学习状态稳定,出勤良好、课堂互动积极,能按时完成作业与实验任务。生活上学生已完全适应波兰日常,严格执行晚打卡保障安全,主动配合宿舍卫生检查,周末聚餐、假期出游丰富,自理能力与跨文化适应力显著提升。


Niu Yangyiqun, a student representative from the Environmental Studies programme, reported on the programme’s progress. This term, the programme has offered nine core modules. Students’ overall academic performance has been consistent, with good attendance and active participation in class; they have completed assignments and laboratory tasks on time. In terms of daily life, students have fully adapted to life in Poland. They strictly adhere to the evening check-in system to ensure safety, actively cooperate with dormitory hygiene inspections, and enjoy a rich social life with weekend gatherings and holiday outings. Their self-care skills and cross-cultural adaptability have improved significantly.

国际工程学院党总支副书记孔伟在发言中,对胡洋、刘今朝两位老师的工作以及同学们的成长给予充分肯定。他指出经过半年的适应期,同学们不仅在学业上进步明显,更在生活能力和意志品质上实现了显著提升。严明的纪律是学业成功基石,同学们需以高标准要求自己,确保学习效果。要求全体学生继续严守安全底线,积极配合管理,珍惜在波学习时光,为下一阶段发展打下坚实基础。


In his address, Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the ISE , expressed his full recognition of the work carried out by lecturers Hu Yang and Liu Jinchao, as well as the progress made by the students. He noted that following a six-month adaptation period, the students had not only made marked academic progress but had also demonstrated significant improvement in their life skills and personal resilience. Strict discipline, he emphasised, is the cornerstone of academic success; students must hold themselves to high standards to ensure effective learning. He urged all students to continue strictly adhering to safety protocols, actively cooperate with management, cherish their time studying at Bo, and lay a solid foundation for their future development.


国际工程学院副院长李光旻在发言中高度评价了同学们一学期以来的成长,用“蜕变”来形容同学们在个人能力、生活技能、学业表现和国际视野上的飞跃。针对新学期,强调三个核心问题:一是安全为先,全体学生必须严格遵守带队教师安排,遇事及时汇报;二是严守出勤,规范考勤,严格落实请销假制度;三是端正学风,学院持续开展诚信教育工作,理清底线思维。


Li Guangmin, Deputy Dean of the ISE , spoke highly of the students’ growth over the past semester, describing their leap forward in personal abilities, life skills, academic performance and international outlook as a ‘metamorphosis’. Looking ahead to the new term, he emphasised three core priorities: firstly, safety comes first; all students must strictly follow the arrangements made by their accompanying teachers and report any incidents promptly; secondly, strict adherence to attendance requirements, standardised attendance records, and rigorous implementation of the leave application and cancellation system; thirdly, fostering a positive academic ethos, with the ISE continuing to promote integrity education and clarifying the concept of ‘bottom-line thinking’.


国际工程学院院长黄凌翔在总结讲话中指出,两位老师顺利赴波开展管理工作,充分体现了学校对学生国际交流项目的高度重视。他充分肯定中外合作办学项目成效,强调大三阶段是学生成长的关键转折点,学院后续将组织经验分享活动,鼓励同学们主动与老师沟通未来规划。针对教学模式,他表示出国留学的互动性与体验感是独一无二的,鼓励大家参与课堂交流以获得更大收获。


In his concluding remarks, Huang Lingxiang, Dean of the ISE , noted that the smooth deployment of the two teachers to Poland to undertake management duties fully demonstrates the University’s high regard for student international exchange programmes. He fully affirmed the achievements of the Sino-foreign cooperative education programmes, emphasising that the third year marks a crucial turning point in students’ development. The ISE will subsequently organise experience-sharing sessions to encourage students to proactively discuss their future plans with their tutors. Regarding teaching methods, he noted that the interactivity and immersive experience of studying abroad are unique, and encouraged everyone to participate in classroom discussions to gain greater benefits.

此次线上师生座谈会的召开,对于加强跨境学生管理、深化中外合作办学内涵具有重要意义。学院将持续完善海外学生管理服务机制,不断优化国际化人才培养路径,为学校国际化教育事业高质量发展贡献国工力量。


The holding of this online forum for teachers and students is of great significance for strengthening the management of international students and deepening the substance of Sino-foreign cooperative education programmes. The ISE will continue to refine its management and service mechanisms for international students, constantly optimise pathways for cultivating internationally-oriented talent, and contribute the School’s expertise to the high-quality development of the University’s international education initiatives.
