近日，波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学（Bialystok University of Technology，以下简称BUT）校长Marta Kosior-Kazberuk率团来校参加国际工程学院毕业典礼期间，专程到国际工程学院参观访问，实地走访教学环境与波方办公室，并与管理团队座谈交流，高度评价合作成果。
Recently, Professor Marta Kosior-Kazberuk, Rector of Bialystok University of Technology (BUT), Poland, led a delegation to Tianjin Chengjian University (TCU) to attend the graduation ceremony of the International School of Engineering (ISE). During her visit, she toured the ISE teaching facilities and the Polish faculty offices, held discussions with the ISE management team, and spoke highly of the achievements of the cooperation.
国际工程学院党总支书记杨萍首先向Marta校长介绍了学院教职工团队，Marta校长与在场教师一一亲切交流。国际工程学院党总支副书记孔伟、副院长谭立峰，系主任唐浩、刘建明、王岱、阎淑龙，学校国际交流处及学院党政办、教学办有关人员参加。
Ms. Yang Ping, Party Branch Secretary of ISE, first introduced the ISE faculty and staff team to Rector Marta, who greeted each member present. Also attending were Mr. Kong Wei, Deputy Party Branch Secretary of ISE; Mr. Tan Lifeng, Associate Dean of ISE; Department Heads Mr. Tang Hao, Mr. Liu Jianming, Mr. Wang Dai, and Ms. Yan Shulong; along with representatives from the TCU International Exchange Office and the ISE Party and Administration Office and Academic Affairs Office.
学院教学办公室孙艺华老师引导来宾参观了教学区和办公环境。在“中波文化走廊”版块，Marta校长对这一设计表示高度赞赏，认为该平台为中波师生增进了解、拓宽国际视野搭建了重要桥梁；在“学院发展历程”版块，她认真回忆自己支持参与合作办学的每一个细节；在“师生国际交流”版块，她立即辨认出12名土木工程专业研究生在BUT交流的照片的背景正是自己的实验室。
Ms. Sun Yihua from the ISE Academic Affairs Office then guided the delegation on a tour of the teaching area and office environment. At the "China-Poland Cultural Corridor" section, Rector Marta expressed high appreciation for the design, noting that the platform serves as an important bridge for Chinese and Polish faculty and students to deepen mutual understanding and broaden their international perspectives. At the "ISE Development Timeline" section, she carefully recalled every detail of her support for and involvement in the cooperative education program. At the "Faculty and Student International Exchange" section, she immediately recognized that the photo of 12 civil engineering graduate students during their exchange at BUT had been taken right in her own laboratory.
Marta校长一行还重点考察了学院多媒体教室、研究生专用教室等教学场所，专程走访了BUT院长办公室及来华授课教师的专用办公室，仔细询问了波兰教师在天津的工作与生活情况，并认真查看了BUT教师批改的作业等。当看到办公室整洁明亮、设施齐全，了解到学院为波兰教师配备了助教、安排了完善的工作和生活保障时，她十分欣慰，对天津城建大学提供的工作条件表示衷心感谢。
Rector Marta and her delegation also visited key teaching facilities, including multimedia classrooms and graduate seminar rooms, and made a special visit to the BUT dean's office and the dedicated offices for visiting Polish faculty, where she carefully inquired about the work and daily life of Polish faculty members in Tianjin. Seeing the clean, bright, and well-equipped offices and learning that ISE provides teaching assistants as well as comprehensive work and living support for Polish faculty, she was deeply gratified and expressed sincere gratitude to TCU for the excellent working conditions provided.
随后，在学院咖啡间，杨萍向代表团系统介绍了十年来天津城建大学与波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学、克拉科夫工业大学合作举办国际工程学院的合作成果，以详实的数据与生动的图片全面展示了国际工程学院在教育教学、师生交流、学生培养、文化交流等方面的突出成绩。国际工程学院自揭牌以来，在校生规模从首届约200人增长至约1,000人，累计招收6届本科生、5届硕士研究生。其中由天津城建大学与波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学合作开设土木工程、环境工程2个本科专业及土木水利、环境工程2个硕士方向。
Later, in the ISE coffee room, Ms. Yang Ping presented to the delegation a systematic overview of the achievements of ISE, jointly established by TCU in cooperation with BUT and Cracow University of Technology (CUT) over the past decade. Using detailed data and vivid images, the presentation showcased the outstanding accomplishments of ISE in teaching and education, faculty and student exchange, student development, and cultural exchange. Since its inauguration, ISE has grown from an initial cohort of approximately 200 students to a current enrollment of approximately 1,000, having admitted six cohorts of undergraduates and five cohorts of graduate students. Among these, TCU and BUT jointly offer two undergraduate programs — Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering — and two graduate programs — Civil and Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
在师生交流方面，学院累计派出600余名师生赴波兰交流学习，11名中方教师先后赴波进行交流。BUT累计派遣46人次教授来华授课，覆盖所有专业。在学生培养方面，自2022年以来，学生赴BUT交流累计280余人，授予本科双学位218人、研究生双学位65人。Marta校长对国际工程学院的发展表示欣喜，并高度赞扬合作取得的成果。
In terms of faculty and student exchange, ISE has sent over 600 faculty members and students to Poland for exchange and study, including 11 Chinese faculty members who have visited Poland for academic exchange. BUT has dispatched a cumulative total of 46 professors to teach at ISE, covering all programs. In student development, since 2022, over 280 students have studied at BUT on exchange programs, with 218 undergraduate dual degrees and 65 graduate dual degrees awarded. Rector Marta expressed her delight at the development of ISE and spoke highly of the achievements of the cooperation.
汇报还以生动的工作照片呈现了两校教师在课堂教学、学生答疑、学术讲座等方面的密切合作——波兰教授全英文授课的场景、课后耐心答疑的画面、与中方教师并肩工作的瞬间，一一映入眼帘。最后回顾了学院举办的丰富多彩的文化交流活动——中波教学研讨会、中华传统文化体验、中波师生“逛津城”系列活动、中外教师团建聚餐、羽毛球友谊赛、共同参加学生运动会和毕业晚会等。Marta校长在每张照片前驻足良久，对双方教师展现出的专业精神与深厚友谊深受感动。
The presentation also featured vivid work photos capturing the close collaboration between Chinese and Polish faculty in classroom teaching, student consultation, and academic lectures — scenes of Polish professors delivering lectures in English, patiently answering questions after class, and working side by side with their Chinese colleagues. The final section reviewed the rich array of cultural exchange activities organized by ISE, including Sino-Polish teaching seminars, traditional Chinese cultural experiences, the "Discover Tianjin" series for Chinese and Polish faculty and students, team-building dinners, badminton friendly matches, and joint participation in student sports meets and graduation galas. Rector Marta paused at length before each photo, deeply moved by the professionalism and profound friendship demonstrated by faculty members from both sides.
此次访问进一步加深了双方的了解与信任。未来，双方将在全面合作方面探索新模式，推动更多波兰学者来华交流、更多中国师生走进BUT的课堂与实验室，共同培养具有国际视野和跨文化能力的国际化复合型工程人才。双方将携手前行，为中波教育合作书写新的篇章。
This visit has further deepened mutual understanding and trust between the two sides. Looking ahead, the two universities will explore new models of comprehensive cooperation, promote more exchanges of Polish scholars to China and more Chinese faculty and students to BUT’s classrooms and laboratories, and jointly cultivate internationally oriented interdisciplinary engineering talents with global vision and cross-cultural competence. The two sides will move forward hand in hand, writing a new chapter in Sino-Polish educational cooperation.
