
为加强学风建设,进一步提升教学质量,优化教学管理,国际工程学院于4月2日周三上午 10:00在现代教育中心 1109 会议室召开任课教师座谈会。会议由副院长李光旻主持,各专业系主任、任课教师代表及教学办全体成员共同参与,合力探索教学优化路径。
In order to strengthen the construction of learning style , further improve the quality of teaching and optimize teaching management, the International School of Engineering(ISE) held a teacher symposium at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 2, in the conference room 1109 of the Modern Education Center. The meeting was presided over by Vice Dean Li Guangmin, with the participation of directors of the four departments, representatives of teachers and all members of the Teaching Affairs Office, to jointly explore the path of teaching optimization.

会议伊始,李光旻副院长表明,本次座谈会是学院加强学风建设的关键举措之一。他回顾总结了学院近期教学工作,既就上一阶段取得的办学成果向各学院任课教师们表示了感谢,也指出了未来面临的挑战,并简要阐述了本学期教学重点方向与目标。强调本次会议旨在搭建沟通平台,共同攻克教学难题,以实际行动推动学风建设工作落地见效。
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice Dean Li Guangmin said that this symposium is one of the key measures to strengthen the construction of the school's learning style. He reviewed and summarized the recent teaching work of the school, thanked the teachers of the school for the achievements achieved in the previous stage, and pointed out the challenges facing the future, and briefly expounded the key direction and objectives of the teaching of this semester. It is emphasized that this meeting aims to build a communication platform, jointly overcome teaching problems, and take practical actions to promote the construction of learning style.

在会议过程中,各专业系主任依次汇报本专业教学计划执行、课程设置优化及学生学习情况,针对专业教学的问题与困惑,提出具体改进思路。任课教师代表结合教学实践,围绕教学方法创新、课程内容整合及调动学生积极性等方面分享经验,提出一系列建设性意见,助力学风建设方案细化完善。教学办成员也就教学管理流程、资源保障及质量监控等工作进行说明,依据学风建设工作要求,现场解答教师疑问,明确后续工作调整方向。
In the course of the meeting, the directors of each major reported the implementation of the teaching plan, the optimization of the curriculum and the learning situation of the students in turn, and put forward specific improvement ideas in view of the problems and puzzles of the professional teaching. In combination with teaching practice, teachers' representatives shared their experience on teaching method innovation, curriculum content integration and mobilizing students' enthusiasm, and put forward a series of constructive suggestions to help refine and improve the construction plan of learning style. The members of the Teaching Affairs Office also explained the teaching management process, resource guarantee and quality control, answered teachers' questions and clarified the direction of follow-up work adjustment according to the requirements of learning style construction.

此次座谈会的成功举办,为学院教学工作持续改进注入动力,也是学院扎实推进学风建设工作的生动实践。未来,国际工程学院将以此次会议为契机,深化教学改革,完善管理机制,加强教师协作沟通,全力推动教学事业高质量发展,为培养高素质工程人才筑牢根基,确保学风建设工作取得实效。
The successful holding of this symposium has injected impetus into the continuous improvement of the teaching work of the college, and is also a vivid practice of the college to solidly promote the construction of the learning style.
