1 中波共筑育人链 院际擘画新蓝图

为进一步深化中外合作办学内涵，加速学科交叉融合，推动国际化人才培养模式的革新，3月31日，国际工程学院党总支书记杨萍、院长黄凌翔率队赴建筑学院开展专题调研，学院党总支副书记孔伟及副院长李光旻、谭立峰一同前往。建筑学院党委书记杨振舰、院长汪江华，副书记杨志清、副院长兰旭、曾穗平，建筑系主任万达、风景园林系副系主任纪茜参加调研座谈。双方围绕党建共建、教学协同、科研共建、师资融合、思政工作协同等议题展开深度研讨。

To further deepen the connotation of Sino-foreign cooperative education, accelerate interdisciplinary integration, and innovate international talent cultivation models, the International School of Engineering (ISE) delegation, led by Yang Ping ( Party Branch Secretary of ISE) and Huang Lingxiang (Dean), conducted a thematic research visit to the School of Architecture on March 31. Accompanied by Kong Wei (Deputy Party Branch Secretary) and Vice Deans Li Guangmin and Tan Lifeng, the delegation engaged in a symposium with representatives from the School of Architecture, including Yang Zhenjian (Party Committee Secretary), Wang Jianghua (Dean), Yang Zhiqing (Deputy Party Committee Secretary), Vice Deans Lan Xu and Zeng Suiping, as well as department heads Wan Da (Architecture) and Ji Qian (Landscape Architecture). The two colleges held in-depth discussions on Party-building and joint construction, teaching coordination, joint research initiatives, faculty integration, and ideological education cooperation.

2 院际联动谋新篇 学科交融启新程

建筑学院党委书记杨振舰对国工学院访问团的到来致以热烈欢迎，他着重阐述了两院之间‘根深蒂固、血脉相连’的合作基础，并指出此次国工学院领导班子的调研访问，无疑为两院的合作发展注入了新的活力与积极动能。通过两院持续努力，推动国际化人才培养体系见行见效。

Yang Zhenjian, Party Committee Secretary of the School of Architecture, extended a warm welcome to the ISE delegation. He emphasized the "deep-rooted and interconnected" collaborative foundation between the two colleges, noting that this visit injected fresh vitality into the partnership. Both parties pledged to advance the international talent cultivation system through sustained efforts.

国际工程学院党总支书记杨萍对建筑学院几年来从领导班子重视、专业教师精心教学、系主任发挥沟通桥梁、外派教师等方面，给予国工学院多方支持表示感谢。基于前期良好的合作基础，双方已奠定更坚实的合作基石。期望通过创新改革举措，进一步激发教师的积极性与创造力。今后更好地持续携手共进，集成两院智慧，共同锻造学校“国际教育”品牌。

Yang Ping, Party Branch Secretary of ISE, expressed gratitude for the School of Architecture's consistent support in leadership commitment, faculty engagement, departmental coordination, and teacher exchanges. Building on existing achievements, she proposed leveraging innovative reforms to empower faculty creativity and jointly strengthen the university's "International Education" brand through integrated expertise.

国际工程学院院长黄凌翔以 “三个跨越”总结合作成果，即跨越距离实现中波课程无缝衔接，跨越文化差异打造“天津－克拉科夫”双导师制，跨越教育模式边界共同培育出首届获社会高度评价的国际化毕业生。此次前来为广泛听取意见建议，做好两院深度合作中的服务工作，打造更深层次的合作平台。

ISE Dean Huang Lingxiang highlighted "Three Breakthroughs" in bilateral cooperation: seamless integration of Sino-Polish curricula transcending geographical barriers, a dual-mentorship system bridging Tianjin and Cracow cultures, and cultivating internationally acclaimed graduates through cross-border pedagogical innovation. He emphasized the visit's purpose of gathering insights to forge a higher-level collaborative platform.

建筑学院院长汪江华对双方在持续完善培养方案、共建国际化课程体系、加强国际化师资培养建设、共同推动学生国际化竞赛、教师交流互访等方面提出诸多建议。与会人员进行了深入探讨交流。

Dean Wang Jianghua of the School of Architecture proposed actionable recommendations, including optimizing training programs, co-developing international curricula, enhancing faculty development, promoting student competitions, and expanding academic exchanges. Participants engaged in extensive discussions on these initiatives.

会后，两院领导班子及教师共同参观天津城建大学“革命丰碑”天津市革命遗址展览，并合影留念。

Following the meeting, leaders and faculty from both institutions visited the 'Revolutionary Monuments' exhibition, showcasing Tianjin's revolutionary heritage, at Tianjin Chengjian University, where they posed for a commemorative group photograph.

3 砖瓦共铸育人基 蓝图齐绘发展路

本次调研会标志着两院合作从“单项协作”迈向“系统集成”。未来，两院将持续加强沟通，同心聚力实现课程共建、师资共培、科研共进的教育共同体，共同培养具有全球胜任力的新时代国工学子，为学校"品牌强校"战略注入澎湃动能。

This symposium signifies a shift from "single-directional cooperation" to "systematic integration" between the School of Architecture and ISE. Moving forward, the two colleges will strengthen communication, jointly advance curriculum development, faculty training, and research collaboration, and cultivate globally competent engineering talents, aiming to inject dynamic momentum into TCU’s "Brand Strengthening" strategy.
