To implement the requirements for building a "one-stop" student community, fully leverage the educational value of labor, and guide students to grow through hands-on experiences, the International School of Engineering (ISE) actively developed the "Sparkle+" ideological and political education system. 5月13日晚，王之皓老师围绕景观、建筑、室内及城市规划设计领域，开展“求职学历优势及未来职业规划”讲座。深入剖析建筑类专业深造（考研、留学、保研）在就业上的优劣态势，解读专业留学与就业作品集特点，针对AI时代背景给出专业学习建议，并展望就业特点、未来趋势与职业规划方向，为同学们指明专业发展路径。
On the evening of May 13, Professor Wang Zhihao delivered a lecture titled"Advantages of Academic Qualifications in Job Hunting and Future Career Planning", focusing on the fields including landscape design, architecture, interior design, and urban planning. The lecture analyzed the pros and cons of further education (postgraduate studies, overseas study, and recommended postgraduate programs) for architecture majors in terms of career development. It also interpreted the features of professional portfolios for studying abroad and employment, provided learning suggestions in the context of the AI era, and outlined future employment trends and career planning strategies, offering students clear guidance for their professional growth.
郭阳老师带来“空间实验workshop”，以“情绪折叠计划：一场用纸片搭建隐秘内心的艺术探索行动”为主题，通过沉浸式实验的方式，让参与者用剪刀裁开社交面具，以贴纸重构精神图景，在极简的物料中释放出惊人的情感密度。
Professor Guo Yang conducted a"Space Experiment Workshop" themed "Emotional Folding Project: An Artistic Exploration of Building Inner Secrets with Paper". Through immersive experiments, participants used scissors to "cut through social masks," reconstructed mental landscapes with stickers, and expressed profound emotional depth using minimalist materials.
此次劳动周活动是学院思政育人与劳动教育的有机融合，也是“闪星+”思政育人体系下“星途逐梦”育人模块的生动实践。未来，学院将继续依托各中心，开展丰富活动，助力学生全面发展。
This Labor Week event exemplifies the integration of ideological education and labor education within the college’s "Sparkle+" system, serving as a dynamic practice of the "Stella Path to Dreams" educational module.
