为激发学生创新潜能、提升国际赛事竞争力，4月18日，国际工程学院召开2025年中国国际大学生创新大赛院级部署培训会。会议由学生科技专项辅导员胡洋主持与讲解，围绕赛事目标、备赛策略及团队协作展开全面动员与培训，学院师生代表共20余人参与会议，正式拉开中国国际大学生创新大赛备赛序幕。
To inspire students’ innovative potential and enhance competitiveness in international competitions, the International School of Engineering (ISE) held a school-level deployment and training session for the 2025 China International College Students Innovation Competition on April 18. The meeting, hosted and presented by Student Technology Special Counselor Hu Yang, focused on competition objectives, preparation strategies, and team collaboration. Over 20 faculty and student representatives attended, officially marking the start of preparations for the competition.
聚焦创新方向，强化实战指导
胡洋深入解析大赛核心要求，强调选题需兼具前瞻性与应用价值，鼓励学生立足专业优势，瞄准行业前沿需求设计项目。他结合技术可行性、市场潜力等维度，为团队提供选题策略与实施路径建议，强调国际工程学院学子在本次大赛中的国际赛道独特优势，并针对高教主赛、红色筑梦之旅赛道、产业赛道、国际赛道的路演展示、答辩技巧、项目视频设计与制作等环节进行专项指导，助力学生提升项目呈现能力。
Hu Yang analyzed the competition’s core requirements in depth, emphasizing that project topics should combine foresight with practical value. He encouraged students to leverage their academic strengths and align projects with cutting-edge industry demands. By evaluating technical feasibility and market potential, he provided strategic advice on topic selection and implementation pathways. He highlighted the unique advantages of ISE students in the competition’s global track and offered specialized guidance on presentation skills, Q&A techniques, and project video design for the main university track, "Red Dream Journey" track, industry track, and international track, aiming to enhance students’ project presentation capabilities.
明确赛程节点，优化备赛节奏
会议详细梳理大赛报名、初赛评审、复赛答辩等关键环节时间节点，制定阶段性任务目标。胡洋提醒学生合理规划备赛周期，注重项目迭代与材料打磨，建议团队建立动态协作机制，确保高效推进各阶段工作。
The meeting outlined critical deadlines for registration, preliminary reviews, and final defense, setting phased goals. Hu Yang advised students to plan their preparation timeline wisely, prioritize project iteration and material refinement, and recommended establishing dynamic team collaboration mechanisms to ensure efficient progress at every stage.
学子畅谈心得，凝聚团队共识
本次部署培训会特别安排师生答疑讨论环节，同学们就各自存在的问题进行提问，现场气氛热烈。
The session included a Q&A and discussion segment where students raised questions and engaged in lively exchanges.
2023级建筑专业本科生李鹤鸣表示：“本次会议胡老师清晰地为我们讲解了规划备赛流程，并对针对我们的困惑耐心解答，精准剖析问题，我们将以更饱满的热情投入备赛。”2024级土木水利专业研究生王致远分享道：“本次指导不仅明确了备赛流程，更让我感受到团队协作的重要性，我们已着手整合跨专业资源，力争突破技术难点。”
Li Heming, a 2023 undergraduate majoring in Architecture, shared, “ Teacher Hu clearly explained the preparation process and patiently addressed our concerns. His insights have motivated us to dive into the competition with greater enthusiasm.” Wang Zhiyuan, a 2024 graduate student in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, added, “The guidance not only clarified the preparation steps but also highlighted the importance of teamwork. We’ve already started pooling cross-disciplinary resources to tackle technical challenges.”
此次部署会明确了备赛方向，凝聚了师生共识。今后，国际工程学院将持续深化“以赛促学、以赛促创”理念，持续搭建“训-赛-孵”一体化平台，助力学子在创新征程中突破自我，为培育服务“一带一路”建设的国际化复合型工程人才注入国工动能！
The deployment session identified preparation directions and strengthened consensus among faculty and students. Moving forward, ISE will continue to deepen its philosophy of “promoting learning and innovation through competitions” and build an integrated “training-competition-incubation” platform. This effort aims to empower students to break through barriers in their innovative journeys and cultivate globally competitive engineering talent to serve the Belt and Road Initiative.
