Jing Yifan, the accompanying teacher, delivered a comprehensive report on study and life in December. He stated that students have achieved remarkable results in classroom interaction and knowledge absorption, and can communicate effectively with teaching teachers. Even though the workload is heavy at times, they can still complete assignments on time with high quality and show great enthusiasm for participating in practical courses. He urged the students: Studying abroad is an opportunity to settle the mind and nourishment for growth through adaptation. "Still waters run deep; a stable mind paves the way for a steady journey." Grow faster by rooting inward, and every step counts.

随后，三位学生代表分享了他们在波兰的学习生活感悟。从数字化实践能力提升、跨文化融入与专业攻坚等不同维度，立体化地展现了国工学子在海外克服挑战、主动成长、追求卓越的真实风貌。他们的求学经历，不仅是个人学业与生活的双重进阶，更是学院国际化人才培养理念落地见效的生动实践。

Subsequently, three student representatives shared their insights on study and life in Poland. From different dimensions such as the improvement of digital practical capabilities, cross-cultural integration, and professional challenges, they comprehensively demonstrated the true demeanor of students from the International School of Engineering who overcome challenges, take the initiative to grow, and pursue excellence overseas. Their study experiences are not only a dual advancement of personal academic and life pursuits but also a vivid practice of the school's international talent training philosophy being put into effect.

2024级资源与环境专业研究生张国洋在分享时谈到，海外求学让他跳出了既往的学术惯性思维，在更开放的国际课堂与实践氛围中，接触到专业领域的多元研究视角，更直观地感知到前沿技术的落地逻辑。

Zhang Guoyang, a 2024-level postgraduate student majoring in Resources and Environment, mentioned in his sharing that studying abroad has allowed him to break away from his previous academic inertial thinking. In a more open international classroom and practical environment, he has been exposed to diverse research perspectives in his professional field and has a more intuitive understanding of the implementation logic of cutting-edge technologies.

2023级环境工程专业本科生郑义暄分享了跨文化体验带来的成长，从参与国际交流活动到与不同文化背景的伙伴互动，自己在适应中学会了理解与共情，在多元环境里展现了中国学子的风貌，在文化碰撞中愈发感受到家国情怀与国际视野的共生。

Zheng Yixuan, a 2023-level undergraduate student majoring in Environmental Engineering, shared his growth brought about by cross-cultural experiences. From participating in international exchange activities to interacting with partners from different cultural backgrounds, he has learned to understand and empathize through adaptation, demonstrated the demeanor of Chinese students in a multicultural environment, and increasingly felt the symbiosis of family and country feelings and international perspective in cultural collisions.

2023级土木工程专业本科生蒋本川提到，同学们在海外形成的互助氛围，让求学之路多了暖意；外方课程与实践中传递的工程责任与规范意识，也让他在学业压力之外，更深刻地体会到专业的社会价值。

Jiang Benchuan, a 2023-level undergraduate student majoring in Civil Engineering, mentioned that the mutual assistance atmosphere formed by students overseas has added warmth to the journey of studying. The sense of engineering responsibility and standard awareness conveyed in foreign courses and practices has also made him more deeply realize the social value of his major beyond academic pressure.

胡洋针对回国及出行相关事宜作了专项提醒，强调安全是第一要务，注重人身与财产安全，做好行前各项准备，注意回国手续准备及时间安排，并保持良好的离宿风貌，共同维护集体形象。

Hu Yang issued specific reminders regarding returning to China and travel arrangements, emphasizing that safety is the top priority. He urged everyone to prioritize personal and property safety, complete all necessary preparations before departure, pay attention to the required procedures and timing for returning to China, and maintain a positive demeanor when leaving the dormitory to collectively uphold the group's image.

学院领导和老师始终牵挂在波学子的日常生活与出行安全，为切实筑牢安全防线、化解潜在风险，学院领导班子为有假期出行计划的同学和即将回国的研究生作出安全提醒；针对期末备考，重点强调同学们要严守诚信准则与安全底线，并合理规划时间；鼓励学生骨干主动担当，凝聚集体力量。作为同学们的坚强后盾，学院将全力支持大家安心求学、成长成才。

The school leaders and teachers have always cared about the daily life and travel safety of students in Poland. To effectively build a safety defense line and resolve potential risks, the school leadership team issued safety reminders to students with travel plans during the holiday and postgraduate students who are about to return to China. Regarding  final exam preparation, they emphasized that students must adhere to the principles of integrity and safety bottom lines and plan their time reasonably. They encouraged Student Leaders to take the initiative to assume responsibilities and gather collective strength. As a strong backing for the students, the school will fully support everyone in studying at ease and growing into talents.

This forum accurately met the actual needs of students in Poland, built an efficient and smooth communication bridge, not only conveying the school's care and support but also clarifying the key requirements for subsequent study and life. The International School of Engineering will continue to uphold the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating people, refine cross-border management and service measures, escort the study journey of overseas students, and help them grow into outstanding talents with both family and country feelings and international perspective through cross-cultural experience.
