岁聿云暮,新元将启。当历史的笔墨为2025年落下注脚,回望国际工程学院走过的这段旅程,我们看到的是深耕不辍的坚实足迹,是面向世界的开阔气象,是一部由全体师生共同写就的奋斗华章。


As the year draws to a close and a new chapter begins, when history's pen draws the final strokes of 2025, we look back on the journey of the International School of Engineering. What we see are the steadfast footprints of relentless dedication, the expansive vision of a globally oriented institution, and a magnificent chapter of endeavor co-authored by all faculty and students.


这一年,我们党建铸魂,标杆引领,让信仰的力量凝聚前行的共识;见证学子智创未来,勇攀高峰,在创新的赛场上闪耀青春锋芒。我们的声音在国际舞台论坛发声,开放协同,亦深深感受到祖国使馆慰问,情暖海外的深沉关怀。


This year, we forged collective spirit through exemplary leadership, uniting our forces to advance with shared purpose. We witnessed students forging a future through innovation, scaling new heights, and shining brightly with youthful brilliance on the global stage of creativity. Our voices resonated on international forums through open collaboration, while the profound care extended by our embassy overseas warmed our hearts with heartfelt support.


从承载荣耀的拨穗礼成,远航志新,到构筑思想的学术筑台,海纳百川;从迎来远来师道,春风化雨的教育融通,到推动学子负笈求索,跨越山海的留学成长。我们与波兰伙伴共商发展,擘画蓝图,与兄弟机关、院校凝心聚力,贯通经纬,每一步都扎实而坚定。


From the ceremonial hooding that carries glory, setting sail for new horizons, to building an academic platform that embraces diverse ideas like the sea embracing all rivers; from welcoming distinguished scholars from afar, nurturing growth through gentle guidance, to empowering students to pursue knowledge across mountains and seas. We collaborate with our Polish partners to chart development strategies and outline blueprints, while joining forces with sister institutions to weave together our efforts. Each step we take is solid and resolute.


这些定格的事件,是时间长河中的璀璨坐标,标记着我们从何处走来,指引着我们向何处奔赴。它们不仅是过往成绩的记录,更是未来基石的铺垫。站在新旧交替的门槛上,我们珍藏这份满载星光的记忆,怀抱热望,再次整装,向着更辽阔的工程教育与学术创新的海洋,扬帆,启航。


These frozen moments stand as brilliant coordinates in the river of time, marking where we have come from and guiding where we are headed. They are not merely records of past achievements, but the very foundation for our future endeavors. Standing at the threshold of transition, we treasure these memories brimming with starlight. With fervent hope, we prepare anew, setting sail toward the vast ocean of engineering education and academic innovation.

一、党建铸魂,标杆引领


国际工程学院党总支荣获校级先进基层党组织

荣誉称号

国际工程学院党总支荣获校级“先进基层党组织”称号。2025年度,国际工程学院以理论武装与实践融合为核心,筑牢中外合作办学根基,构建起完善的跨境学生管理体系,获得“先进基层党组织”称号。


The School of International Engineering has been honored with the university-level title of “Advanced Grassroots Organization.” In 2025, the School centered its efforts on integrating theoretical grounding with practical application. It solidified the foundation for Sino-foreign cooperative education and established a comprehensive cross-border student management system, thereby earning the distinction of “Advanced Grassroots Organization.”


二、智创未来,勇攀高峰


国际工程学院学子获中国好创意、未来设计师、米兰设计周等省部级荣誉44项


2025年度,国际工程学院学生在科技竞赛中取得历史性突破。全年共获得国家级奖项8项、省部级奖项36项,获奖总数超以往四年之和。


In 2025, students from the ISE achieved a historic breakthrough in science and technology competitions. Throughout the year, they secured a total of 8 national-level awards and 36 provincial/ministerial-level awards, surpassing the combined total of the previous four years.

三、论坛发声,开放协同


国际工程学院在波师生受邀参加波兰高水平学术 交流活动

2025年,国际工程学院在波师生积极拓展学术交流。师生代表出席“构建协同与开放”论坛,与波方深入研讨合作议题;教师景一帆在波兰科学院会议上作主旨报告,阐释中国传统建筑与装配式技术关系,获中外学者关注。


In 2025, faculty and students from the ISE actively expanded academic exchanges in Poland. Representatives attended the “Building Synergy and Openness” forum, engaging in in-depth discussions on cooperation topics with Polish counterparts. Professor Jing Yifan delivered a keynote presentation at a Polish Academy of Sciences conference, elucidating the relationship between traditional Chinese architecture and prefabricated construction techniques, which garnered significant attention from scholars worldwide.

四、使馆慰问,情暖海外


中国驻波兰大使馆卢山大使与田中参赞看望慰问 在波学院师生

2025年,中国驻波兰大使馆卢山大使在克拉科夫论坛期间专门会见师生,高度肯定我校合作成果与学生风貌。田中参赞主持召开留学生座谈会,与我院学生代表深入交流,送上慰问与勉励,让大家真切感受到祖国的温暖与支持。


In 2025, Ambassador Lu Shan of the Chinese Embassy in Poland held a special meeting with faculty and students during the Krakow Forum, highly commending our university's collaborative achievements and the exemplary conduct of its students. Counselor Tian Zhong presided over a symposium for international students, engaging in in-depth discussions with representatives from our institute. He extended his regards and encouragement, allowing everyone to genuinely feel the warmth and support from their motherland.


五、拨穗礼成,远航志新


国际工程学院举办2025届毕业典礼暨中波双学位授予仪式

2025年6月,国际工程学院隆重举行2025届毕业典礼。校长王中良、波兰合作院校校长及代表、外籍教师与全体毕业生共同出席。2025届国际工程学院毕业学生128名本科生与54名研究生成功获得中波双学位。


In June 2025, the ISE held a grand graduation ceremony for its Class of 2025. President Wang Zhongliang, presidents and representatives from partner institutions in Poland, foreign faculty members, and all graduating students attended the event. A total of 128 undergraduate and 54 graduate students from the ISE successfully earned dual Chinese-Polish degrees.

六、学术筑台,海纳百川


举办首届“纳米功能材料科学及应用国际研讨会”   “向海图强”学术会议

国际工程学院与波兰克拉科夫工业大学共同主办首届“纳米功能材料科学及应用”国际研讨会,吸引中、波、德三国专家学者参与,共议纳米科技前沿应用。学院协办“向海图强,中国海防500年”项目研讨会,汇聚多领域专家,助力高质量海防历史著作出版。


The ISE co-hosted the inaugural International Symposium on “Science and Applications of Nano-functional Materials” with the Krakow University of Technology , Poland. Experts and scholars from China, Poland, and Germany participated to discuss cutting-edge applications in nanotechnology. The school also co-organized a symposium for the project “Striving for Maritime Strength: 500 Years of China's Maritime Defense,” bringing together experts from multiple fields to support the publication of a high-quality historical work on maritime defense.

七、远来师道,春风化雨


2025年波兰共28人次外教来校开展教育教学

波兰合作院校教职工来我院交流活跃,全年到访10批次、28人次。其间举办了5场高质量学术讲座,内容涵盖前沿工程与跨文化教育等领域。


Faculty and staff from our partner institutions in Poland actively engaged in exchanges at our institute, with 10 visiting groups comprising 28 individuals throughout the year. During these visits, five high-quality academic lectures were delivered, covering topics ranging from cutting-edge engineering to cross-cultural education.


八、负笈求索,跨越山海


国际工程学院165名本科、研究生赴波兰两校 交流学习

国际工程学院2025年度共派出165名学生赴波兰交流,其中本科生119人,研究生46人。3名研究生在克拉科夫工业大学主办的国际会议上获奖。参与工程实践考察,学生了解欧洲工程规范,提升其国际工程素养与跨文化实践能力。


In 2025, the ISE sent a total of 165 students to Poland for exchange programs, including 119 undergraduates and 46 graduate students. Three graduate students received awards at an international conference hosted by the Krakow University of Technology. Through participation in engineering field studies, students gained insights into European engineering standards, enhancing their international engineering literacy and cross-cultural practical skills.


九、共商发展,擘画蓝图


举办国际工程学院联合管理委员会和学术委员会第四次会议  

天津城建大学与波兰两所合作高校成功举行国际工程学院联合管理委员会及学术委员会第四次会议。会议审议并通过了新一届委员会成员变更及新增硕士专业等重要决议。


Tianjin Chengjian University and its two partner universities in Poland successfully convened the fourth meeting of the Joint Management Committee and Academic Committee of the ISE. The meeting reviewed and approved important resolutions, including changes to the membership of the new committee and the addition of new master's programs.


十、凝心聚力,贯通经纬


国际工程学院联动兄弟机关、院校深化协同发展

2025年,国际工程学院携手天津城建大学建筑学院、外国语学院、中共天津历史纪念馆与和平区文物管理所等兄弟机关、院校,开展专题调研交流,深入探讨专业课程共建、师资共享、就业指导与科研合作等议题,有效搭建了跨学科的资源共享桥梁,在强化内外协同、优化资源配置方面迈出了关键一步。


In 2025, ISE collaborated with sister institutions including the School of Architecture, School of Foreign Languages at Tianjin Chengjian University, the Tianjin Communist Party History Memorial Hall, and the Heping District Cultural Relics Management Office to conduct specialized research and exchange activities. Through in-depth discussions on topics such as joint curriculum development, faculty resource sharing, career guidance, and research collaboration, the initiative effectively established a cross-disciplinary bridge for resource sharing. This marked a crucial step in strengthening internal and external coordination and optimizing resource allocation.
