回望2025，学院奋楫笃行，国际化办学硕果累累。学院深入落实教育国际化相关部署要求，明晰国际使命与担当。学院为165名赴波学子举办11场跨文化适应专题教育，筑牢国际化育人根基。
Looking back on 2025, the ISE forged ahead with determination, achieving remarkable progress in international education. The ISE have thoroughly implemented internationalization initiatives, and clarified our global mission and responsibilities. The School conducted 11 cross-cultural adaptation workshops for 165 students heading to Poland, solidifying the foundation for international education.
这一年，人才培养核心地位稳固，国际化育人体系持续优化。教学运行高效，全面落地波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学（BUT）、克拉科夫工业大学（CUT）80门课程，协调20人次波方专家授课；质量监控强化，成立第二届教育教学督导组，召开10次师生座谈会、16次教学专题会；毕业环节圆满，组织18场本科生、6场研究生全英文联合答辩，通过率99.47%；招生突破，研究生四个专业首次满额招生，多省本科录取位次显著提升。
This year witnessed the solidification of talent cultivation as the core focus and the continuous optimization of the international education system. Teaching operations were highly efficient, with the full implementation of 80 courses from Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) and Cracow University of Technology (CUT), and the coordination of 20 visiting Polish experts to deliver lectures. Quality monitoring was strengthened through the establishment of the second Educational Supervision Group, the convening of 10 faculty-student forums and 16 teaching-focused meetings. Graduation proceedings concluded successfully, featuring 18 undergraduate and 6 graduate joint defenses conducted entirely in English, achieving a 99.47% pass rate. Admissions achieved breakthroughs, with four graduate programs filling their quotas for the first time, while undergraduate admission rankings significantly improved across multiple provinces.
这一年，学子成长亮眼，国际竞争力提升。国工学子在米兰设计周等国内外赛事中斩获国家级奖项8项、省部级36项，获奖总数超以往四年之和；社会实践与思政教育深度融合，2支团队入选全国重点实践团，获天津市高校思政公开课大赛一等奖；2025届毕业生表现优异，128名本科生与54名研究生获中波双学位，30人进入QS前100高校深造，整体就业率90.04%。
This year witnessed remarkable student growth and enhanced international competitiveness. ISE’s students secured 8 national-level awards and 36 provincial/ministerial-level accolades at domestic and international competitions including Milan Design Week, surpassing the total wins of the previous four years combined. Social practice and ideological education were deeply integrated, with 2 teams selected for national key practice groups and winning first prize in Tianjin's Higher Education Ideological Education Open Course Competition. The Class of 2025 demonstrated outstanding performance: 128 undergraduates and 54 graduate students earned double Chinese-Polish degrees, 30 students pursued further studies at QS Top 100 universities, and the overall employment rate reached 90.04%.
这一年，国际交流深化，跨境协同育人成效显著。波兰合作院校10批次28人次学者到访并举办5场国际学术讲座；我院6名教职工赴波交流，学校与波方签署扩大办学规模协议；学生跨境培养顺畅，2025年9月派出165名学子（本科生119人、研究生46人）赴波，上半年206名学生平安归国。在波师生活跃国际舞台，3名研究生获克拉科夫工大主办的国际会议奖项，随行教师发表主旨报告，师生代表受邀参加“构建协同与开放”等高层次国际论坛。
This year witnessed deepened international exchanges and remarkable achievements in cross-border collaborative education. Scholars from Polish partner institutions visited in 10 batches totaling 28 individuals, delivering 5 international academic lectures. Six faculty members from ISE traveled to Poland for exchanges, and the university signed an agreement with Polish counterparts to expand educational cooperation. Cross-border student training proceeded smoothly: 165 students (119 undergraduates and 46 postgraduates) were dispatched to Poland in September 2025, and 206 students returned safely in the first half of the year. Polish students and faculty have been active on the international stage. Three graduate students received awards at an international conference hosted by the AGH University of Science and Technology, with accompanying faculty delivering keynote presentations. Faculty and student representatives were invited to participate in high-level international forums such as “Building Collaboration and Openness.”
这一年，学术平台与治理体系提质增效。与波方联合主办首届“纳米功能材料科学及应用国际研讨会”，吸引中、波、德三国60余名学者参与，协办“向海图强”项目研讨会；完善治理机制，召开联合管理委员会与学术委员会第四次会议，审议通过新增硕士专业等决议；协助建筑学院完成硕士点评估。
This year witnessed enhanced quality and efficiency in academic platforms and governance systems. ISE co-hosted the inaugural “1st International Symposium on Science and Applications of Nano-functional Materials” with Polish partners, attracting over 60 scholars from China, Poland, and Germany, and co-organized the “Striving for Maritime Strength” project symposium. Governance mechanisms were refined through the fourth meetings of the Joint Management Committee and Academic Committee, which reviewed and approved resolutions including new master's programs. ISE successfully assisted the School of Architecture in completing its master's program assessment.
这一年，学院国际影响力与声誉提升。隆重举办2025届毕业典礼，中波校长共同见证；学院办学模式多次在国内外会议分享，获中外广泛关注。
This year witnessed enhanced international influence and reputation. The 2025 graduation ceremony was grandly held with attendance of presidents of TCU, and rectors from BUT and CUT. The educational model of ISE has been presented at numerous domestic and international conferences, garnering widespread attention from both Chinese and international audiences.
旧岁已展千重锦，新年再进百尺竿。各项成绩的取得，离不开学校领导、兄弟学院与职能处室支持、波兰合作院校协作，更离不开广大学生、家长及社会各界信任。在此，谨致以衷心感谢与崇高敬意！
