3月25日，国际工程学院在现代教育中心C205举行“就”在春日，“职”引未来—国际工程学院2026届毕业生升学、就业推动大会。学院领导班子成员、学生工作教师及2023级研究生、2021级建筑学专业本科生、2022级环境、土木、园林专业本科生共同参会，会议由辅导员孙艺华主持。
On March 25, the International School of Engineering held the “Spring of Opportunities, Future of Careers” Conference on Postgraduate Studies and Employment for the Class of 2026 in Room C205 of the Modern Education Center. The event was attended by members of the ISE’s leadership team, student affairs staff, as well as graduate students from the Class of 2023, undergraduate students majoring in Architecture from the Class of 2021, and undergraduate students majoring in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, and Landscape Architecture from the Class of 2022. The meeting was chaired by Counselor Sun Yihua.
会上，国际工程学院副院长谭立峰首先致辞，围绕考研复试环节为同学们提供了细致指导。他从复试准备、面试技巧、院校选择等方面入手，结合往届经验，帮助大家理清思路、找准方向，叮嘱同学们认真对待每一环节，以扎实的准备和沉稳的心态迎接升学挑战。
At the meeting, Tan Lifeng, Vice Dean of the ISE, delivered the opening remarks and provided students with detailed guidance on the postgraduate entrance exam’s interview phase. Drawing on past experience, he addressed topics such as interview preparation, interview techniques, and choosing the right institutions to help students clarify their thinking and identify the right direction. He urged students to take every step seriously and to face the challenges of further education with thorough preparation and a composed mindset.
随后，国际工程学院党总支副书记孔伟结合往届毕业生就业情况以及当前就业形势叮嘱大家以严肃态度对待未来发展，注重积累、勤于反思、不懈前行，合理规划时间与精力，把握关键节点，争取在毕业前的宝贵阶段收获理想成果。
Following this, Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of the ISE, drew on the employment outcomes of previous graduating classes and the current job market landscape to urge everyone to take their future development seriously. He emphasized the importance of accumulating experience, engaging in regular self-reflection, and persevering in their efforts, while also planning their time and energy wisely, seizing key opportunities, and striving to achieve their desired outcomes during this crucial period leading up to graduation.
辅导员孙艺华老师则就简历制作与面试技巧进行专题分享，从内容结构、亮点提炼、应对策略三个维度展开细致讲解，为同学们在升学与求职中增添了信心与底气。同时围绕应届毕业生签约流程及相关注意事项进行了系统讲解，帮助同学们建立起清晰、规范的签约认知。
Counselor Sun Yihua delivered a special presentation on resume writing and interview techniques, providing a detailed explanation from three perspectives: content structure, highlighting key strengths, and interview strategies. This helped boost students’ confidence and preparedness for both further education and job hunting. She also gave a systematic overview of the contract signing process for graduating students and related considerations, helping students develop a clear and standardized understanding of the process.
面对当前复杂多变的就业环境和日益激烈的升学形势，学院精心组织本次活动，旨在为同学们提供精准的就业信息和有针对性的升学指导，助力大家在这个春天迈出坚实的一步。
In light of the current complex and ever-changing job market and the increasingly competitive landscape for further education, the ISE has carefully organized this event to provide students with accurate career information and tailored guidance on further education, helping everyone take a solid step forward this spring.
