为普及应急救护知识，提升学生自救互救能力，筑牢校园安全防线，国际工程学院面向学生开展心肺复苏（CPR）急救技能专题培训，让同学们系统掌握规范的急救流程。本次培训由天津城建大学校红十字会的同学系统讲解从环境评估、患者状态判断，到胸外按压、开放气道、人工呼吸的完整CPR流程，重点强调“黄金4分钟”急救要点与规范操作细节。随后，同学们分组进行模拟实操练习，在一对一指导下，确保每位同学都能掌握标准的CPR流程，真正做到“听得懂、学得会、做得对”。大家积极参与、反复练习，在实践中把急救知识转化为可操作的技能。
To promote emergency rescue knowledge, enhance students' ability to save themselves and assist others, and strengthen campus safety, the ISE organized a specialized training session on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills, enabling students to systematically master standardized emergency procedures. The training was led by students from the Red Cross Student Association of TCU, who systematically explained the complete CPR process—from environmental assessment and patient status evaluation to chest compressions, airway opening, and rescue breaths—with a strong emphasis on the "golden 4 minutes" emergency response time and proper operational details. Following the instruction, students practiced in groups through simulated hands‑on exercises, receiving one‑on‑one guidance to ensure that every student could master the standard CPR procedure, truly achieving the goal of "understanding the knowledge, learning the skills, and performing them correctly." All students actively participated and practiced repeatedly, transforming emergency rescue knowledge into workable skills through hands‑on experience.
此次培训内容贴合校园实际，兼具实用性与操作性，有效提升了同学们的应急处置能力与安全素养。大家纷纷表示，通过本次培训，不仅学会了心肺复苏的规范流程，更树立了“敢急救、会急救”的责任意识。
The training content was tailored to the campus context, being both practical and operational, effectively enhancing the students' emergency response capabilities and safety awareness. Many students expressed that through this training, they not only learned the standardized CPR procedures but also developed a sense of responsibility to "dare to provide emergency aid and know how to provide it correctly."
今后，国际工程学院将持续开展形式多样的安全教育与急救技能培训活动，把生命教育、安全教育融入日常，引导广大同学主动学习急救知识、掌握急救技能，共同营造安全、健康的校园环境，为青春成长保驾护航。
