为深入落实学校2025-2026学年第二学期期中教学检查工作部署，全面掌握教学运行情况，精准倾听师生诉求，国际工程学院于2026年4月27日至29日集中召开风景园林、土木工程、环境工程、建筑学四大专业学生座谈会，并同步在波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学（BUT）召开中波师生座谈会。系列座谈覆盖全院核心专业与中外合作办学项目，通过面对面交流查摆问题、凝聚共识，切实推动教学质量持续提升。

To fully implement the mid-term teaching inspection arrangements for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, comprehensively grasp the status of teaching operations, and effectively respond to the needs of teachers and students, the International School of Engineering held student symposiums for four majors — Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Architecture — from April 27 to 29, 2026. A China-Poland symposium for teachers and students was also held concurrently at Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) in Poland. Covering all core majors and Sino-foreign cooperative education programs of the school, these symposiums identified problems and built consensus through face-to-face communication, so as to steadily promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

4月27日中午，风景园林专业学生座谈会在现代教育中心 A1106 召开，会议由阎淑龙老师主持，谭立峰副院长、纪茜老师、尹建杰老师及学生代表参会。会上，师生围绕教学保障、课堂管理、班级建设等问题深入交流。针对教室基础设施不足、学生使用笔记本电脑需自行携带插排、存在安全隐患的问题，师生共同商议解决方案，计划申请流动存放柜统一收纳管理，消除安全隐患；同时强调严格课堂出勤管理，规范班干部履职，强化责任意识与班级学风建设。

At noon on April 27, the Landscape Architecture student symposium was held at Room A1106, Modern Education Center. Presided over by Ms. Yan Shulong, the meeting was attended by Vice Dean Tan Lifeng, Ms. Ji Xi, Ms. Yin Jianjie and student representatives. Participants had in-depth exchanges on teaching support, classroom management and class construction. Regarding insufficient classroom infrastructure and potential safety hazards caused by portable power strips for laptops, the two sides discussed solutions and planned to apply for mobile storage cabinets for unified management. The meeting also emphasized strict attendance management, standardized performance of class cadres, and strengthened the sense of responsibility and class academic atmosphere.

4 月 28 日中午，环境工程专业师生座谈会在现代教育中心 A1110 举行。黄凌翔院长、刘建明老师、曹晓畅老师参会，与各年级学生代表围绕课程安排、课堂出勤、中外教学衔接、毕业设计准备等问题开展交流，认真听取学生诉求并现场予以回应。

At noon on April 28, the Environmental Engineering teacher-student symposium was held at Room A1110, Modern Education Center. Dean Huang Lingxiang, Ms. Liu Jianming, Ms. Cao Xiaochang attended the meeting. They communicated with student representatives of all grades on curriculum arrangement, classroom attendance, integration of Chinese and foreign teaching, graduation design preparation and other issues, carefully listened to students’ demands and responded on the spot.

同日中午，土木工程专业师生座谈会在现代教育中心 A1112 召开。孔伟副书记、王岱老师、崔阿凤老师、张高乐老师参会，会议由王岱老师主持。师生围绕中英联合答辩、课程难度、中外课程冲突、学风建设等重点问题深入沟通，逐一明确解决方案与改进措施。

At the same noon, the Civil Engineering teacher-student symposium was held at Room A1112, Modern Education Center. Deputy Secretary Kong Wei, Ms. Wang Dai, Ms. Cui Afeng, Ms. Zhang Gaole attended the meeting, which was presided over by Ms. Wang Dai. Teachers and students had in-depth discussions on Sino-British joint defense, curriculum difficulty, scheduling conflicts between Chinese and foreign courses, academic atmosphere construction and other key issues, and clarified solutions and improvement measures one by one.

4 月 28 日，中波师生座谈会在波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学（BUT）顺利召开，会议由波方副院长 Beata Backiel-Brzozowska 教授主持，土木工程和环境工程专业十余位波方任课教师、2023 级在波学生代表以及随行教师刘今朝、胡洋共同参会。双方围绕英语能力、课程学习、实验课时、毕业设计规范、材料提交、师生沟通效率、回国行程等问题充分交流，有效化解教学差异带来的障碍，保障中外合作办学高质量运行。

On April 28, the China-Poland teacher-student symposium was successfully held at BUT in Poland. Presided over by Professor Beata Backiel-Brzozowska, Vice Dean of BUT, the meeting was attended by more than ten Polish teachers of Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering, 2023 student representatives studying in Poland, and accompanying teachers Liu Jinzhao and Hu Yang. The two sides had full exchanges on English proficiency, curriculum learning, experiment hours, graduation design standards, document submission, communication efficiency and return schedule, effectively removing barriers caused by teaching differences and ensuring the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

4 月 29 日中午，建筑学专业学生座谈会在现代教育中心 A1108 举行，会议由唐浩老师主持。李光旻副院长、刘芳老师、孙艺华老师、万世卿老师，波兰 CUT 教师代表 Wojciech Cieplucha 及建筑学专业各年级学生代表共同参会。师生围绕专业课程教学、设计课指导、中外教学融合、实践教学、学习支持服务等内容深入交流，学生就课程难度、设计节奏、教学资源供给、中外教学衔接等方面积极建言献策，教师认真倾听并逐一回应，为建筑学专业教学提质增效奠定了坚实基础。

At noon on April 29, the Architecture student symposium was held at Room A1108, Modern Education Center. Presided over by Ms. Tang Hao, the meeting was attended by Vice Dean Li Guangmin, Ms. Liu Fang, Ms. Sun Yihua, Ms. Wan Shiqing, Polish teacher representative Wojciech Cieplucha (BUT) and student representatives of all grades. Teachers and students had in-depth exchanges on professional teaching, design course guidance, integration of Chinese and foreign teaching, practical teaching and learning support services. Students put forward suggestions on curriculum difficulty, design progress, teaching resources and integration of Chinese and foreign education. Teachers listened carefully and responded one by one, laying a solid foundation for improving Architecture teaching quality.

本次系列师生座谈会是学院期中教学检查的重要环节，实现了专业全覆盖、师生全参与、问题全收集、答复全明确。学院将对座谈中收集的意见建议逐一梳理、建立台账、限期整改，持续优化教学管理、提升服务保障、深化中外合作办学内涵，以高质量教学助力学生成长成才，不断推动学院教育教学工作再上新台阶。

As a key part of the school’s mid-term teaching inspection, this series of symposiums achieved full coverage of majors, full participation of teachers and students, complete collection of problems and clear responses. The school will sort out the opinions and suggestions one by one, establish a rectification ledger and set a deadline for improvement. We will continue to optimize teaching management, improve service support, deepen the connotation of Sino-foreign cooperative education, help students grow and become talents with high-quality teaching, and constantly promote the education and teaching of the school to a new level.
