为进一步深化产教融合、精准对接企业人才需求，服务高质量共建“一带一路”倡议，2026年4月28日下午，天津城建大学国际工程学院与中交二公局相关单位开展校企对接交流活动。国际工程学院院长黄凌翔、党总支副书记孔伟、中交二公局工程设计研究院副总经理葛国库、三公司项目经理魏胜国进行座谈。国际工程学院土木工程系主任王岱、建筑系主任唐浩、辅导员孙艺华等参加了本次座谈会。会议由天津城建大学设计院副总经理鲜亮主持。
To further deepen the integration of industry and education, precisely meet the talent demands of enterprises, and support the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, the International School of Engineering of Tianjin Chengjian University held an university-enterprise docking and exchange activity with relevant units of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau on the afternoon of April 28, 2026.Huang Lingxiang, Dean of the School of International Engineering, and Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch, held a forum with Ge Guoku, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Design & Research Institute of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau, and Wei Shengguo, Project Manager of the Third Branch.Wang Dai, Director of the Civil Engineering Department, Tang Hao, Director of the Architecture Department, and Sun Yihua, counselor of the School of International Engineering, attended the forum. 会上，双方首先介绍了与会人员，随后共同观看了中交二公局宣传片，直观了解企业发展历程与业务布局。中交二公局三公司项目经理魏胜国详细介绍了公司基本情况及波兰项目相关情况，重点阐述了海外工程业务布局与国际化人才需求。天津城建大学国际工程学院院长黄凌翔介绍了学院办学特色、专业设置、人才培养成果及在校生情况，重点推介了学院依托中波合作背景，面向国际工程领域培养复合型人才的优势。与会人员围绕海外项目人才定向培养、学生实习就业对接、校企协同育人等议题展开深入交流，就共建实习就业基地、定制化人才培养方案等达成初步合作意向。
At the meeting, both parties first introduced the attendees, followed by a joint viewing of a promotional video for CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau, providing a visual overview of the company’s development history and business layout. Wei Shengguo, Project Manager of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau’s Third Company, gave a detailed introduction to the company’s basic profile and the relevant details of its projects in Poland, with a focus on the layout of its overseas engineering operations and its demand for international talent. Huang Lingxiang, Dean of the ISE at TCU, introduced the ISE’s distinctive features, academic programs, achievements in talent cultivation, and current student population. He particularly highlighted the ISE’s advantage in cultivating multidisciplinary talent for the international engineering sector, leveraging the context of China-Poland cooperation. Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as targeted talent cultivation for overseas projects, internship and employment placement for students, and collaborative education between the university and the enterprise. They reached preliminary cooperation agreements regarding the joint establishment of internship and employment bases and the development of customized talent cultivation programs.
此次对接交流，是我校国际工程学院立足中外合作办学特色、深化访企拓岗专项行动的重要举措，也是校企双方响应“一带一路”倡议、赋能海外工程发展的具体实践。学院将持续推进与中交二公局等行业头部企业的深度合作，依托企业海外项目资源，优化人才培养方案，推动产教融合、科教融汇走深走实，为学生搭建高质量实习就业平台，培养更多适应国际工程领域需求的复合型人才，实现校企双方优势互补、互利共赢。
This exchange represents a significant initiative by the ISE to leverage its strengths in Sino-foreign cooperative education and deepen the “Enterprise Visits and Job Expansion” campaign. It also serves as a concrete practice by both the university and the enterprise in responding to the “Belt and Road” Initiative and empowering the development of overseas engineering projects. The ISE will continue to advance in-depth cooperation with leading industry enterprises such as CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau. By leveraging the enterprises’ overseas project resources, we will optimize talent development programs, promote the deepening and solidification of industry-education integration and the convergence of science and education, build high-quality internship and employment platforms for students, cultivate more versatile talents capable of meeting the demands of the international engineering sector, and achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit for both the university and the enterprises.
