To help candidates and their families fill out college application forms rationally and learn more about Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, Tianjin Chengjian University was invited to the live interview series College Admissions Guide on Tianjin News Channel. Chen Xuan, Deputy Director of the University Admissions Office, and Li Guangming, Vice Dean of the International School of Engineering, appeared in the live stream, which was simultaneously broadcast via the official WeChat Video Account "Haihe Yun Guan". They gave a comprehensive interpretation of the university's 2026 enrollment policies, and elaborated on the International School of Engineering in terms of its development history, cooperative resources, talent training models, further education prospects and employment outcomes. The live stream saw active interactions and received an overwhelming response from online audiences.
作为中波两国首个获批的中外合作办学机构，国际工程学院是本次直播的重点推介对象。学院自 2020 年正式招生，至今已有六年办学历史，携手波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学、克拉科夫工业大学两所百年名校协同育人。前者在土木、环境领域实力强劲，后者建筑学学科位列 QS 世界前列，两校优质教育资源深度融合，为学生搭建起高水平国际化学习平台。
As the first officially approved Sino-Polish cooperative education institution in China and Poland, the International School of Engineering was a key highlight of the live stream. Founded in 2020, the ISE has run its enrollment for six years. It jointly delivers education in partnership with two century-old prestigious universities in Poland: Bialystok University of Technology and Cracow University of Technology. The former enjoys outstanding strengths in civil engineering and environmental studies, while the latter ranks high in the QS World University Rankings for Architecture. By fully integrating the high-quality educational resources of the two Polish institutions, the ISE has built a high-level international learning platform for students.
在教学培养上，学院采用中波双师联合授课模式，半数以上核心课程实行全英文教学，原汁原味引进国外先进课程体系。学院开设建筑学、风景园林、土木工程、环境工程四大本科专业，选科要求清晰明确，其中土木、环境工程需选物理 + 化学，建筑、风景园林不限选科，建议具备基础绘画能力。学院创新采用2+1+1 分段培养模式：前两年在校本部夯实基础，第三年全体学生赴波兰合作高校留学深造，最后一年返校完成学业。该模式既让学生沉浸式体验海外文化与教学模式，又不会影响考研、就业规划，是极具优势的国际化培养方案。学历与发展方面，学生完成学业后可获得三份官方证书：天津城建大学毕业证、学位证（无 “中外合作办学” 标注）以及波兰合作高校学士学位证书，文凭含金量高、国际国内双认可。办学六年来，学院育人成果亮眼：首届毕业生双学位获取率达 92%，毕业生整体升学率突破 35%，众多学子成功考取国内外知名高校研究生。学院始终坚持 “家国情怀 + 国际视野” 的育人理念，在培养国际化工程人才的同时，引导学生不忘初心、学成报国。
In terms of teaching and talent training, the ISE adopts a dual-teacher system with faculty from both China and Poland. More than half of its core courses are delivered entirely in English, introducing advanced overseas curriculum systems in their original form.It offers four undergraduate majors:Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering. Clear subject selection requirements are set for applicants. Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering require Physics and Chemistry as elective subjects, while Architecture and Landscape Architecture have no such restrictions. Applicants for the latter two majors are recommended to have basic drawing skills.The ISE has pioneered a distinctive 2+1+1 segmented training model. Students spend the first two years at the main campus building a solid academic foundation, pursue further studies at its partner universities in Poland in the third year, and return to complete their studies in the final year. This model enables students to fully immerse themselves in foreign cultures and educational philosophies without disrupting their plans for postgraduate entrance examinations and employment, making it a highly competitive international training programme.Upon graduation, students will receive three official credentials: a graduation certificate and a bachelor's degree certificate issued by Tianjin Chengjian University (without the note of "Sino-foreign cooperative education"), as well as a bachelor's degree certificate from the partner Polish university. These qualifications are widely recognized both domestically and internationally with high academic value.
直播互动环节，针对网友关心的录取分数、学费标准、志愿填报等问题，李光旻副院长逐一进行解答。学院录取分数线略低于校内普通专业，报考热度逐年攀升；学院内设语言研习中心，配备专业师资开展英语、雅思、托福辅导，帮助学生快速适应全英文课堂。第三年赴波学习期间，按照不同合作院校标准缴纳学费，费用公开透明。同时嘉宾也分享了平行志愿 “冲稳保” 填报技巧、专业组内调剂规则、助学政策等实用内容，为考生志愿填报提供精准参考。
During the interactive session, Vice Dean Li Guangming answered questions raised by online viewers regarding admission scores, tuition fees and college application strategies. The admission score line of the ISE is slightly lower than that of regular majors of the university, and its popularity among applicants has been rising year by year.The ISE runs an in-house Language Learning Center with professional tutors providing training in general English, IELTS and TOEFL, helping students adapt to all-English instruction efficiently. During the third academic year in Poland, students pay tuition fees set by the respective partner universities. All charges are fully disclosed and transparent.In addition, the guest shared practical guidance including the "reach, match and safety" strategy for parallel college applications, rules for major adjustment within groups, and student financial aid policies, offering accurate references for applicants to complete their applications.
