为全面总结本学期在波学生交流学习成果，稳妥推进学生回国收尾及学业衔接工作，6月27日，国际工程学院通过线上平台，与远在波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学（BUT）和克拉科夫工业大学（CUT）的师生同步召开座谈会。国际工程学院领导班子、随行教师，以及全体在波学生参会。会议由胡洋主持。
To comprehensively review the outcomes of this semester's study abroad programmes and to facilitate the smooth conclusion and academic transition for students returning to China, the ISE held a joint online symposium on 27 June with staff and students from Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) and Cracow University of Technology (CUT) in Poland. In attendance were the leadership team of the ISE, accompanying lecturers, and all students currently studying in Poland. The meeting was chaired by Hu Yang.
会议伊始，随行教师胡洋围绕BUT学生安全与学生回国工作作汇报。师生共同参与了孔子课堂中外文化交流活动，搭建多元对话场景，活动成果发表于天津城建大学公众号。开展中波双方召开师生座谈会，就教学安排中的问题坦诚沟通、协商优化。在BUT随行教师刘今朝、胡洋还受邀参加BUT土木与环境学院75周年校庆活动，进一步巩固了两校情感纽带。针对离校事宜，他已协同波方完成学生物品分批次集中存放及退宿费用结算工作，完成回国信息统计，保证学生回国顺利，确保收尾有序。
At the outset, Hu Yang, the accompanying teacher at BUT, reported on student safety and the arrangements for students' return to China. Teachers and students jointly participated in a Confucius Classroom cultural exchange activity, creating a platform for multicultural dialogue; the outcomes were published on the official WeChat account of Tianjin Chenjian University. A Sino-Polish teacher-student symposium was also held to openly discuss and optimise teaching arrangements. Accompanying teachers Liu Jinchao and Hu Yang were invited to attend the 75th anniversary celebration of the BUT Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, further strengthening the bond between the two institutions. Regarding departure procedures, he has coordinated with Polish counterparts to complete the phased storage of student belongings and dormitory fee settlements, as well as the compilation of return information, ensuring students' smooth return home and an orderly conclusion.
随行教师刘今朝围绕BUT学业指导与毕业规划作汇报。他旁听了Joanna教授为重修学生开设的材料力学Project课程，并与进行教授深入沟通，就中波学生差异及教学改进交换建议；就Krzysztof教授回国授课期间的实验室使用事宜进行远程协调，保障教学顺利。针对即将升入大四的土木学生，召开专题会议，详细梳理生产实习安排、专业选修课选课策略、重修课时间规划、毕业设计要求及中波双证答辩的时间节点，为学生规避学业风险、顺利毕业提供精准指导。
Accompanying lecturer Liu Jinchao reported on academic guidance and graduation planning at BUT. He observed Professor Joanna's Project-based retake course in Mechanics of Materials and held in-depth discussions with her, exchanging views on differences between Chinese and Polish students and pedagogical improvements. He also remotely coordinated laboratory usage for Professor Krzysztof's teaching sessions in China, ensuring smooth course delivery. For civil engineering students about to enter their final year, he convened a dedicated meeting, providing detailed guidance on internship arrangements, elective course selection strategies, retake scheduling, graduation project requirements, and the critical thesis defence timeline for dual degrees, offering precise support to help students avoid academic pitfalls and graduate successfully.
随行教师任娟围绕CUT教学参与、学生成长与回国事务作汇报。组织学生与克拉科夫孔子学院波兰同学开展文化交流，中方学生展示楷书、隶书、篆书等书法作品。拜访CUT建筑学院院长及国际学院副院长，对方高度认可双方合作，并表示合作给学院发展带来了新的机遇，期待在更多领域拓展合作。受邀参与“国际象棋”主题设计评图，感受波方以游戏载体引导空间思维的教学特色，并旁听了建筑学与城市规划的本土设计课程。回国信息台账已全部填报完毕，她提醒学生按时到宿舍前台办理退宿手续，结清费用，回国后报平安。
Accompanying lecturer Ren Juan reported on CUT teaching engagement, student growth and return procedures. She organised a cultural exchange between our students and Polish students from the Krakow Confucius Institute, where our students demonstrated calligraphy in regular, clerical and seal scripts. She visited the Dean of the CUT Faculty of Architecture and the Deputy Dean of the International Faculty, who expressed strong appreciation for the collaboration and noted that the partnership had brought new opportunities for the ISE's development, expressing interest in further expansion across more areas. She was invited to participate in a design review themed around "international chess", experiencing the Polish teaching approach of using games as a vehicle to guide spatial thinking, and also observed local design courses in architecture and urban planning. All return information forms have now been completed, and she reminded students to complete dormitory check-out procedures at the reception desk on time, settle any outstanding fees, and report their safe arrival upon returning to China.
BUT土木专业学生代表魏一鸣汇报了本专业学习生活情况。经过一年锻炼，同学们已完全适应波兰日常，临近回国以复习考试和完成Project为主。分享了一年来的收获与感悟，专业上系统学习了欧盟土木相关规范，完成了大量结构计算、CAD制图和能耗分析作业，锻炼了严谨细致的工程思维；生活中独自打理日常琐事，和同学们互助探讨学业难题，独立解决各类问题。一整年的海外求学不仅夯实了专业基础，更磨炼了心性、拓宽了视野，实现了全方位的成长蜕变。
Wei Yiming, a student representative from the BUT Civil Engineering programme, reported on the cohort's academic and daily life. After a year of adaptation, students have fully adjusted to Polish daily routines. As the return date approaches, their focus remains on revision and completing final projects. He shared his reflections on the year's gains: professionally, he systematically studied EU civil engineering standards, completed extensive structural calculations, CAD drafting and energy analysis assignments, and developed rigorous engineering thinking; in daily life, he managed everyday affairs independently, discussed academic challenges with peers, and resolved various issues on his own. The year of studying abroad not only consolidated his professional foundation but also tempered his character, broadened his horizons, and enabled comprehensive personal growth and transformation.
CUT建筑专业学生代表吴雯静详细汇报了全年学习收获与未来规划。过去一年，同学们完成了两个阶段的系统性学习，设计三、四、五及城市更新等课程同步推进，在挑战中完成了专业思想的重塑。全英文汇报能力从读稿到脱稿实现了质的飞跃。制定了清晰的回国后学习计划：整合作品集、夯实设计功底、衔接国内外学业差异，以及客观对比考研、留学、考公三条路径，拒绝盲目备考。她代表全体同学感谢学院领导老师和随行老师一年来的陪伴与支持。
Wu Wenjing, a student representative from the CUT Architecture programme, delivered a detailed report on the year's learning outcomes and future plans. Over the past year, students completed two phases of systematic study, simultaneously advancing Design III, IV, V and Urban Renewal courses, and through these challenges reshaped their professional thinking. Their English presentation skills improved qualitatively, from reading scripts to delivering fluent speeches without notes. She formulated clear study plans for their return: compiling portfolios, consolidating design fundamentals, bridging academic differences between China and Poland, and objectively comparing postgraduate entrance exams, overseas applications and civil service pathways to avoid blind preparation. On behalf of all students, she expressed gratitude to the ISE's leadership and the accompanying teachers for their support throughout the year.
国际工程学院党总支副书记孔伟在讲话中，对胡洋、刘今朝、任娟三位老师的扎实工作给予高度肯定。他指出，同学们经过近一年的海外历练，不仅在学业上精进，更在独立生活、跨文化沟通和解决问题能力上实现了“看得见的成长”，充分说明了同学们的成长与成熟。要求同学们继续保持安全底线意识，诚信完成剩余考试，妥善处理退宿等收尾事宜，平安顺利回国；并寄语大家认真总结这一年得失，将宝贵经验转化为下一阶段发展的动力。
In his address, Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the ISE, highly commended the solid work of lecturers Hu Yang, Liu Jinchao and Ren Juan. He noted that after nearly a year of overseas experience, students had achieved "visible growth" not only academically but also in independent living, cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities, fully demonstrating their development and maturity. He urged students to maintain safety awareness, complete remaining exams with integrity, handle departure procedures properly, and return home safely. He also encouraged everyone to carefully reflect on the year's gains and losses, transforming valuable experience into momentum for future development.
国际工程学院院长黄凌翔在总结讲话中表示，BUT和CUT两校校长高度重视合作，将于下周亲临学院参加2026届毕业典礼并开展深入交流，充分体现了中外合作办学项目的蓬勃活力。他充分肯定了同学们在海外展现出的适应力与进取心，强调本学期的结束既是留学阶段的圆满句号，也是未来发展的新起点。他叮嘱同学们在最后的复习考试阶段专注投入、诚信应考，并祝大家一路平安，期待回国后与大家面对面深入交流，共同分享更多成长故事。
In his concluding remarks, Huang Lingxiang, Dean of the ISE, noted that the presidents of both Polish partner BUT and CUT universities attach great importance to the collaboration and will personally visit the ISE next week to attend the 2026 graduation ceremony and engage in in-depth exchanges – a clear testament to the vitality of the Sino-foreign cooperative education programmes. He fully affirmed the adaptability and initiative demonstrated by the students overseas, emphasising that the conclusion of this semester marks both a successful end to the study abroad phase and a new starting point for future development. He urged students to remain focused and maintain academic integrity during the final revision and examination period, wished them a safe journey home, and looked forward to face-to-face discussions upon their return to share more stories of growth.
此次线上座谈会的召开，系统梳理了本学期海外教学管理的成效与经验，为后续学生安全回国、学业衔接及下一届派出工作奠定了坚实基础。国际工程学院将持续优化国际化人才培养模式，深化与波兰两校的全方位合作，为学校高水平教育对外开放事业不断注入新动能。
The convening of this online symposium has systematically reviewed the achievements and experiences of this semester's overseas teaching management, laying a solid foundation for the safe return of students, academic transition, and the deployment of next year's cohorts. The ISE will continue to optimise its international talent development model, deepen comprehensive cooperation with the two Polish universities, and steadily inject new momentum into the University's high-level international education opening-up endeavour.
