为扎实做好学期收尾工作，保障各项工作平稳有序推进，近日，国际工程学院召开春季学期期末工作会议。会议全面梳理了本学期重点工作完成情况，对暑期安全管理、核心业务推进、值班值守等工作进行了系统部署。学院党总支书记杨萍、院长黄凌翔，副书记孔伟、副院长李光旻、谭立峰，以及党政办、教学办、学办全体教职工参加会议，会议由黄凌翔院长主持。
To effectively wrap up the semester and ensure the steady and orderly progress of all work, the International Engineering College recently convened an end-of-spring-semester work meeting. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the completion of key tasks in the current semester, and systematically arranged work including summer safety management, advancement of core business, and duty rosters.Yang Ping, Secretary of the College Party General Branch, Huang Lingxiang, Dean, Kong Wei, Deputy Party Secretary, Li Guangmin and Tan Lifeng, Associate Deans, as well as all faculty and staff from the Party & Administration Office, Teaching Affairs Office and Student Affairs Office attended the meeting, which was presided over by Dean Huang Lingxiang.
会上，党政办、教学办和学办结合分管工作，逐一就本学期党建、教育教学、师资配备、招生、学生出国、就业、教室设备保障等工作完成情况以及期末待完成事项作了详细汇报，分管副书记、副院长针对上述工作，作出具体部署。
At the meeting, the Party & Administration Office, Teaching Affairs Office and Student Affairs Office delivered detailed reports on the completion of their respective work covering Party building, teaching and education, faculty staffing, student recruitment, overseas student programs, graduate employment, classroom equipment support, as well as pending end-of-semester tasks. The Deputy Party Secretary and Associate Deans put forward specific arrangements for the above work.
黄凌翔院长在总结讲话中强调，本学期以来，全体教职工紧扣工作部署，扎实推进各项任务，顺利完成毕业答辩、学生高质量就业、毕业典礼等重点工作，取得了扎实的工作成效。当前学期各项工作已接近尾声，希望全体教职工充分利用暑期做好休整、调整，同时也要提前谋划下学期的工作安排，梳理工作思路，明确工作目标，为秋季学期开学做好充足准备。
In his concluding speech, Dean Huang Lingxiang emphasized that since the start of the semester, all faculty and staff have closely followed work arrangements and steadily pushed forward various tasks, successfully completing key work such as graduation defenses, high-quality graduate employment and commencement ceremonies, delivering solid work outcomes. As the semester draws to a close, he urged all faculty and staff to take full advantage of the summer break to rest and recharge, while also planning ahead for the next semester, sorting out work ideas and clarifying work objectives to make thorough preparations for the autumn semester opening.
杨萍书记指出，回望本学期，全体教职工坚守育人初心、深耕岗位履职，在党建思政、教育教学、学生管理、国际交流等各项工作中兢兢业业，交出了亮眼的阶段性答卷。她代表学院向辛勤耕耘、默默奉献的全体教职工，致以最诚挚的感谢和最衷心的祝贺。
Secretary Yang Ping pointed out that looking back on this semester, all faculty and staff have adhered to the original aspiration of educating people, fulfilled their duties earnestly, and delivered outstanding phased results in Party building ideological and political work, education and teaching, student management, international exchange and other work. On behalf of the college, she extended sincere thanks and heartfelt congratulations to all faculty and staff who worked hard and made quiet contributions.
针对暑期和秋季工作衔接、守牢岗位底线，她提出五点要求：一是坚守安全底线，压实值守责任，筑牢校园安全防护屏障；二是坚持劳逸结合、张弛有度，在深耕主业中沉淀提升、蓄力赋能；三是恪守师德底线，涵养育人初心，树立高校教师良好师风形象；四是聚焦涉外育人，重点关注学生跨境返程后的身心状态与适应情况，做到关爱不断线、管理不脱节、服务不缺位；五是强化大局意识、团结协作，在担当作为中凝聚合力、传递温暖。
Regarding the connection between summer and autumn work and sticking to work bottom lines, she put forward five requirements:First, stick to the safety bottom line, consolidate duty responsibilities, and build a solid campus safety protection barrier.Second, keep a balance between work and rest, make progress steadily, accumulate experience and improve abilities while doing core work.Third, abide by the bottom line of teachers’ morality, keep the original aspiration of educating people, and establish a good teacher ethics image for university teachers.Fourth, focus on foreign-related education work, pay close attention to the physical and mental state and adaptation of students after they return from abroad, to ensure uninterrupted care, consistent management and complete services.Fifth, strengthen overall awareness and unity and cooperation, gather joint efforts and pass on warmth through taking responsibility actively.
会议最后强调，全体教职工要牢固树立“全院一盘棋”思想，主动站位大局、服从安排、积极补位，严格遵守暑期值班值守制度，做好工作衔接、台账梳理、资料归档，提前谋划新学期工作，保障各项工作高效履职、有序推进。与会教职工一致表示，将认真落实本次会议精神，恪尽职守、协同配合，确保安全、有序、高效完成各项工作，为下学期顺利开学奠定坚实基础。
The meeting finally emphasized that all faculty and staff should firmly establish the thought of "the whole college as one chess piece", take the overall situation as priority, obey arrangements, take initiative to fill work gaps, strictly abide by the summer duty attendance system, complete work handover, account sorting and document filing, plan new semester work in advance, and ensure all work is carried out efficiently and orderly. All attending faculty and staff expressed unanimously that they would earnestly implement the spirit of this meeting, fulfill duties faithfully and cooperate with each other, ensure all work is finished safely, orderly and efficiently, and lay a solid foundation for the smooth opening of next semester.
