9月8日，天津城建大学国际工程学院2026级新生入学教育大会顺利举行。学院党总支副书记孔伟，学生工作办公室尹建杰、田雨、胡洋、崔阿凤，党政管理办公室张立娟，教学管理办公室孙艺华出席大会。178名本科新生和31名研究生新生参加大会。会议由学生工作办公室主任尹建杰老师主持。
On September 8, the 2026 Freshman Orientation Conference of the International School of Engineering (ISE), Tianjin Chengjian University (TCU) was successfully held. Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School, Yin Jianjie, Tian Yu, Hu Yang and Cui Afeng from the Student Affairs Office, Zhang Lijuan from the Party and Administration Office, and Sun Yihua from the Teaching Affairs Office attended the conference. A total of 178 undergraduate freshmen and 31 postgraduate freshmen participated in the event, which was presided over by Yin Jianjie, Director of the Student Affairs Office.
大会伊始，国际工程学院党总支副书记孔伟老师致辞。他代表学院向全体2026级新生表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了学院办学特色、人才培养目标和国际化发展情况，勉励新生坚定理想信念，尽快适应大学学习生活，科学规划学业与未来，拓宽国际视野，努力成长为有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代青年。
At the opening of the conference, Kong Wei, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the International School of Engineering, delivered a speech. On behalf of the school, he extended a warm welcome to all 2026 freshmen, and introduced the school's educational characteristics, talent training objectives and international development progress. He encouraged the freshmen to strengthen their ideals and convictions, adapt to university study and life as soon as possible, make scientific plans for their academic studies and future development, broaden their international horizons, and strive to grow into young people of the new era who have ideals, dare to take responsibility, are able to endure hardships and are willing to work hard.
随后，学生工作办公室崔阿凤老师围绕入团入党选拔流程、困难生认定与学生宿舍管理文件等内容进行讲解，帮助新生进一步了解党团组织发展路径、资助政策和宿舍管理规范。
Afterwards, Cui Afeng from the Student Affairs Office gave explanations on the selection procedures for joining the Communist Youth League and the Communist Party of China, the identification of students with financial difficulties, and regulations on student dormitory management, helping freshmen further understand the development paths of Party and Youth League organizations, funding policies and dormitory management norms.
学生工作办公室田雨老师就评奖评优、校纪校规等内容进行解读，引导新生明确学习目标，增强纪律意识，养成良好行为习惯。
Tian Yu from the Student Affairs Office interpreted the rules of awards and honors evaluation as well as school rules and disciplines, guiding freshmen to clarify their learning goals, enhance their awareness of discipline, and develop good behavioral habits.
党政管理办公室张立娟老师为新生带来入党启蒙教育，鼓励同学们端正入党动机，积极向党组织靠拢，以实际行动争取早日加入中国共产党。
Zhang Lijuan from the Party and Administration Office provided enlightenment education on Party membership for the freshmen. She encouraged students to correct their motivation for joining the Party, actively draw close to the Party organization, and strive to join the Communist Party of China as soon as possible through practical actions.
学生工作办公室胡洋老师讲解了学生科技、大学生医保与商保参保指南等内容，帮助新生增强科技创新意识，了解医保商保相关政策。
Hu Yang from the Student Affairs Office explained student science and technology activities, as well as guidelines for college student medical insurance and commercial insurance enrollment, helping freshmen enhance their awareness of scientific and technological innovation and get familiar with relevant policies on medical and commercial insurance.
教学管理办公室孙艺华老师围绕教学管理制度进行介绍，帮助新生熟悉学籍管理、课程学习、考试考核等教学要求。
Sun Yihua from the Teaching Affairs Office introduced the teaching management system, helping freshmen get acquainted with teaching requirements such as student status management, course study, and examination and assessment.
在优秀学生代表发言环节，2020级建筑学专业毕业生薛释朋，2021级建筑学专业毕业生王博远以及2023级环境工程专业本科生代表郑义暄依次发言。他们结合自身学习成长经历，从学业规划、科研实践、升学深造、国际交流等方面分享经验与感悟，鼓励新生珍惜大学时光，勇于探索尝试，脚踏实地奋斗，不断实现自我提升。
In the outstanding student representative speech session, Xue Shipeng, a 2020 graduate majoring in Architecture, Wang Boyuan, a 2021 graduate majoring in Architecture, and Zheng Yixuan, an undergraduate representative from the Class of 2023 majoring in Environmental Engineering, delivered speeches in turn. Drawing on their own learning and growth experiences, they shared insights and practical advice on academic planning, scientific research practice, further study, and international exchange. They encouraged freshmen to cherish their university time, bravely explore and try new things, work steadily, and achieve continuous self-improvement.
此次新生入学教育大会内容充实、针对性强，涵盖思想引领、党团建设、评奖评优、校纪校规、宿舍管理、资助育人、科技创新、医保商保、教学管理等多个方面，为2026级新生尽快适应大学生活、明确发展方向奠定了良好基础。下一步，国际工程学院将持续做好新生教育引导和成长服务工作，助力广大学子在新的征程上筑梦启航、砥砺前行。
This freshman orientation conference features rich and targeted contents, covering a wide range of areas including ideological guidance, Party and Youth League development, awards and honors evaluation, school rules and disciplines, dormitory management, financial aid education, scientific and technological innovation, medical and commercial insurance, and teaching management. It has laid a solid foundation for the 2026 freshmen to adapt to university life and clarify their development direction at an early date. Going forward, the International School of Engineering will continue to deliver quality freshman education guidance and growth support services, helping students pursue their dreams and forge ahead on their new journey.
