To fully guarantee the quality of postgraduate training and help the 2026 cohort postgraduate students identify their research directions and clarify their academic development plans, the International School of Engineering systematically conducted the 2026 postgraduate supervisor–student mutual selection process successfully completing full two-way matching between supervisors and students.
科学谋划・细化举措 筑牢导师双选制度根基
学院高度重视研究生导师双选工作，结合办学实际、导师科研能力及研究生培养要求，科学研究制定详实的导师双选工作实施方案，明确双选原则、工作流程、时间节点与相关要求，细化各环节工作规范，为双选工作平稳有序开展筑牢制度基础。
The ISE attaches great importance to the supervisor-student matching process for postgraduate students. Taking into account its school-running reality, supervisors’ research capabilities and postgraduate training requirements, it has scientifically formulated a detailed implementation plan for the supervisor-student matching work. The plan clarifies the matching principles, workflow, time schedule and relevant requirements, and refines operational standards for each stage, laying a solid institutional foundation for the smooth and orderly implementation of the matching process.
搭建平台・深度交流 夯实导师双选前期基础
为搭建师生沟通交流平台，帮助新生全面了解各导师研究领域、科研平台、课题方向及培养特色，学院组织召开导师学生见面会。会上，各位导师分别介绍自身科研团队、研究方向、在研项目、培养模式等关键信息，耐心解答同学们关于科研学习、课题选择、未来发展等方面的疑问。同学们结合自身兴趣特长与职业规划，主动和导师开展交流沟通，增进师生相互了解，为后续双向选择做好充分准备。
To build a platform for communication between supervisors and students and help new students gain a comprehensive understanding of each supervisor’s research areas, research platforms, research topics and training features, the ISE held a supervisor-student meeting. At the meeting, each supervisor introduced key information including their research team, research directions, ongoing projects and training models, and patiently answered students’ questions concerning scientific research, studies, topic selection and future development. Taking into account their own interests, strengths and career plans, students actively communicated with supervisors to enhance mutual understanding, making full preparations for the subsequent mutual selection.
统筹调度・规范落地 圆满完成 2026 级双选工作
在学院统一统筹协调下，严格按照既定方案推进导师双选流程。学院充分尊重学生志愿，兼顾导师招生名额、学科方向匹配度，综合研判师生适配情况，完成全部2026 级31名研究生导师双向选择匹配工作。
Under the overall coordination of the ISE, the supervisor-student matching process was advanced in strict accordance with the established plan. Fully respecting students’ preferences, and taking into account supervisors’ enrollment quotas and the compatibility of disciplinary orientations, the ISE comprehensively assessed the suitability of supervisor-student pairs and completed the mutual matching for all 31 postgraduate students of the 2026 intake.
此次导师双选工作的顺利完成，实现了学生发展意愿与导师科研方向的有效对接。下一步，学院将持续压实研究生导师育人职责，强化导师过程管理，不断完善研究生培养体系，切实提升研究生人才培养质量，助力研究生成长成才。
The successful completion of this round of supervisor-student matching has effectively aligned students’ development aspirations with supervisors’ research directions. Moving forward, the ISE will continue to consolidate supervisors’ responsibility for postgraduate education, strengthen process-based supervision of supervisors, further improve the postgraduate training system, effectively enhance the quality of postgraduate talent cultivation, and support postgraduates in achieving academic and personal growth.
