
为掌握赴波兰克拉科夫工业大学留学生的日常学习与生活状况,精准回应大家在海外求学中遇到的实际困难,持续推动跨境人才培养的精细化管理工作,4月26日,国际工程学院组织了一场与在波师生的线上座谈会。学院党总支书记杨萍、院长黄凌翔、副书记孔伟、副院长李光旻和谭立峰、教师代表与身处波兰的学子们线上相约,一同分享求学心得,分析成长困惑,共同展望未来发展。本次座谈会由孔伟副书记主持。
In order to understand the daily study and life of international students at the Cracow University of Technology in Poland, accurately address the practical difficulties encountered by students studying abroad, and continuously promote refined management in cross-border talent cultivation, the ISE organized an online discussion with students in Poland on April 26. The Party Secretary Yang Ping, Dean Huang Lingxiang, Deputy Secretary Kong Wei, Vice Deans Li Guangmin and Tan Lifeng, and faculty representatives met online with students in Poland to share their study experiences, analyze growth challenges, and jointly look forward to future development. The discussion was hosted by Kong Wei.


任娟副教授详细汇报了4月我院同学在波兰克拉科夫工业大学留学的整体情况,汇报内容包括总体情况与活动、建筑学专业留学情况、风景园林专业留学情况、生活日常管理、后续工作展望等。
Associate Professor Ren Juan provided a detailed report on the overall situation of our students studying at Cracow University of Technology in Poland in April. The report covered general conditions and activities, the study situation of students majoring in architecture, the study situation of students majoring in landscape architecture, daily life management, and prospects for future work.
任老师介绍,本月拜访了克拉科夫工业大学建筑学院副院长Tomasz Kozlowski教授和建筑系主任Rafal Zawisza教授,精准对接教学管理工作;在建筑系主任Rafal Zawisza教授带领下,组织学生参观Podchorazych streat、Warszawska 24 Campus两处校区建筑学院学生作业展,并组织建筑学、风景园林全体留学生召开专题会议,同步开展学业规划指导。
According to Teacher Ren, this month, they visited Professor Tomasz Kozlowski, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at Krakow University of Technology, and Professor Rafal Zawisza, Head of the Department of Architecture, to precisely coordinate educational management work; under the leadership of Professor Rafal Zawisza, Head of the Department of Architecture, they organized students to visit the student work exhibitions at the Podchorazych Street and Warszawska 24 Campus of the Faculty of Architecture, and held a special meeting with all international students in Architecture and Landscape Architecture to conduct academic planning guidance simultaneously.

在专业学习方面,任老师分别汇报了两个专业的学情:建筑学专业较上学期课程节奏更为紧凑,学生全英文课堂适应良好,英文交流愈发流畅;风景园林专业学生学习主动性较强,主动对接教授沟通学习,常态化开展自主学习与小组研讨。同学们整体呈现独立自信、勇于挑战、积极向上的精神风貌。
In terms of professional studies, Teacher Ren reported on the learning situations of two majors: the Architecture major has a tighter course schedule compared to last semester, and students have adapted well to the all-English classes, with increasingly fluent English communication; students in the Landscape Architecture major are highly proactive in their learning, actively communicating with professors and routinely engaging in self-directed study and group discussions. Overall, the students demonstrate an independent, confident, courageous, and positive spirit.

生活管理层面,日常强化班委联动,定期召开班委会,发挥学生骨干作用,搭建“网格化”管理体系。同时打通宿舍、办公室、教学楼、公交站、超市、线上网络等多位一体沟通渠道,通过一对一交流,及时为学生协调解决各类生活与学习问题。
In terms of life management, we strengthen the daily coordination of class committee members, hold regular class committee meetings, leverage the role of student leaders, and build a 'grid-based' management system. At the same time, we establish integrated communication channels across dormitories, offices, teaching buildings, bus stops, supermarkets, and online networks, and through one-on-one communication, promptly help students coordinate and resolve various life and study issues.

针对现阶段实际问题,任老师指出,期末多门课程集中交图,学生学业任务较重,并提出应对办法:引导学生合理规划时间,稳步推进设计进度;主动与授课教授沟通,明确作业成果要求与交图时间,从容应对期末任务。
Regarding the current practical issues, Teacher Ren pointed out that multiple courses submit drawings at the end of the term, resulting in a heavy academic workload for students, and proposed coping strategies: guide students to reasonably plan their time and steadily advance their design progress; proactively communicate with the course professors to clarify the requirements for assignment outcomes and drawing submission deadlines, in order to calmly handle end-of-term tasks.


国际工程学院建筑学专业学生代表孙宁徽汇报了本专业赴波兰四月学习生活情况。本月课程相较上学期更为繁重、节奏紧凑,且需高质量推进各门课程最终大作业收尾工作,学习任务压力较大。学生借助四象限法规划任务、拆分作业节点、主动沟通导师,科学调配时间高效完成课业;生活上同步推进住宿退租、行李处置、行政手续注销、回国材料及机票预订等离境筹备事宜,各项事务妥善落实。整体而言,专业学习有序推进,海外生活事务安排妥当,顺利推进波兰留学收尾阶段各项工作。
Sun Ninghui, the student representative of the Architecture major at the ISE , reported on the study and life situation of students from this major in Poland in April. Compared with last semester, this month's courses are heavier and more intensive, and there is a need to advance the completion of the final projects of each course with high quality, resulting in significant academic pressure. Students use the quadrant method to plan tasks, break down assignment milestones, actively communicate with instructors, and allocate their time efficiently to complete their coursework. In daily life, they simultaneously handle matters related to moving out of accommodation, dealing with luggage, canceling administrative procedures, and preparing materials and booking flights for returning to China, all of which are properly managed. Overall, the professional studies are progressing in an orderly manner, overseas life arrangements are well-handled, and all work related to concluding the study abroad period in Poland is smoothly advancing.


风景园林专业的邢译文同学就学习、生活方面进行了近期的总结。在学习上,对阶段性课程内容进行了系统梳理,进一步明确了方向与重点;在生活中,也逐步调整节奏,提升自我管理能力。邢译文总结本次分享不仅是对过往的回顾,也为接下来的学习与实践奠定了基础。未来将继续完善自身,稳步推进各项任务。
Xing Yiwen, a student majoring in Landscape Architecture, has recently summarized his studies and life. In terms of study, he systematically reviewed the content of the current courses, further clarifying his direction and focus; in life, he has gradually adjusted his pace and improved his self-management skills. Xing Yiwen concluded that this sharing is not only a review of the past but also a foundation for upcoming study and practice. In the future, he will continue to improve himself and steadily advance various tasks.
随行教师辅导员胡洋针对学生即将回国,系统讲解了离境前的注意事项。围绕五个关键点,向同学们提出了明确的行动建议:第一,仔细核对住宿合同与物品清单,避免因遗漏问题引发押金纠纷;第二,建议集体统一购买机票,确保回国行程协调一致;第三,及时注销在波兰开设的本地银行卡,防止后续出现信用风险;第四,提前与住宿方预约退宿时间,避免因时延产生额外扣费;第五,务必确认所有考试与课程作业均已按要求完成,并为回国日期预留充分的弹性时间。
Accompanying teacher and counselor Hu Yang provided students, who are about to return to their home country, with a systematic explanation of the precautions before departure. Focusing on five key points, he gave students clear action recommendations: first, carefully check the accommodation contract and inventory list to avoid deposit disputes due to omissions; second, it is recommended to purchase plane tickets collectively to ensure coordinated return schedules; third, promptly close local bank accounts opened in Poland to prevent future credit risks; fourth, make advance appointments with the accommodation provider for check-out to avoid extra charges due to delays; fifth, make sure all exams and coursework are completed as required and allow sufficient flexibility for the return date.
学院副书记孔伟就学生回国前夕需要重视的几个关键问题进行了集中提醒。他首先强调,五一假期期间要高度重视人身、财产及出行安全,外出时尽量结伴而行,并妥善保管好护照等重要证件。其次,无论是在学习还是生活中,都必须始终坚持诚信原则。最后,他敦促同学们在离开波兰之前,尽可能将学业上的问题全部解决,不留任何隐患,避免因挂科影响顺利毕业,同时也要为回国后即将面临的升学或就业事宜提前做好规划。
Deputy Secretary of ISE , Kong Wei, gave a concentrated reminder on several key issues that students need to pay attention to before returning to their home country. He first emphasized that during the May Day holiday, personal, property, and travel safety should be highly valued; when going out, try to go in groups, and properly safeguard important documents such as passports. Secondly, whether in studies or daily life, one must always adhere to the principle of integrity. Finally, he urged students to resolve all academic-related issues as much as possible before leaving Poland, leaving no potential risks, to avoid affecting smooth graduation due to failing courses, and also to make plans in advance for further education or employment matters they will face upon returning home.
杨萍书记在会议最后作总结讲话。她对同学们在波期间所取得的成长与收获表示由衷的欣慰和祝贺,并向所有随行教师表达感谢,肯定他们在异国他乡的辛勤付出。杨萍重点叮嘱在波同学们,在留学的最后阶段要扎实做好各项收尾工作:一是高质量完成所有学业任务,主动与导师沟通,妥善处理尚未结清的课程问题;二是按流程规范办理离境相关手续;三是持续关注自身的人身安全与身心健康。她希望同学们珍惜剩余的留学时光,充分展现中国青年的良好精神风貌,并祝愿大家平安归来。
Secretary Yang Ping gave a concluding speech at the end of the meeting. She expressed her sincere pleasure and congratulations to the students for the growth and achievements they made while in Poland, and extended her gratitude to all the accompanying teachers, acknowledging their hard work in a foreign country. Yang Ping specifically reminded the students in Poland to thoroughly complete all final tasks during the last stage of their study abroad: first, to complete all academic tasks with high quality, actively communicate with their advisors, and properly handle any outstanding course issues; second, to follow the proper procedures for departure-related formalities; third, to continue paying attention to their personal safety and mental and physical health. She hoped the students would cherish the remaining time of their study abroad, fully demonstrate the good spirit and demeanor of Chinese youth, and wished everyone a safe return and a triumphant homecoming.

The online discussion meeting held this April between teachers and students studying at the Krakow University of Technology in Poland not only timely addressed the practical concerns of overseas students, but also accumulated valuable experience for further strengthening cross-border student management and deepening the connotation of Sino-foreign cooperative education. The ISE always prioritizes the growth and development of students, and in the future will continue to improve the management and service mechanisms for overseas students, establish regular communication channels, and promptly understand and resolve various difficulties students encounter in their study and life abroad. The ISE will also take this discussion meeting as an opportunity to continuously optimize the path of cultivating international talent, enhance the relevance and effectiveness of cross-border education, and strive to build a Sino-foreign cooperative education brand with exemplary significance.
