Hi Professors! | 中波师生期中座谈,共话教学成长

4月29日,国际工程学院“Hi,Professors!”系列活动第七场在现代教育中心A1108教室顺利举办。本次活动由建筑系系主任唐浩主持,国际工程学院副院长李光旻、建筑系副系主任刘芳、教学办老师孙艺华、万世卿,波兰 CUT教师代表 Wojciech Cieplucha 及建筑学专业各年级学生代表共同参加。


On April 29, the seventh session of the "Hi, Professors!" series was successfully held in Classroom A1108 of the Modern Education Center. The event was hosted by Tang Hao, Head of the Architecture Department, and attended by Li Guangmin, Associate Dean of the International School of Engineering, Liu Fang, Deputy Head of the Architecture Department, teaching office staff Sun Yihua and Wan Shiqing, Wojciech Cieplucha, faculty representative from Cracow University of Technology (CUT) in Poland, and student representatives from various grades of the Architecture program.

活动启幕


活动伊始,唐浩老师致开场发言,逐一介绍到场的中外教师与学生代表,并正式宣布本次活动开始。李副院长作补充讲话,详细说明活动的核心目的:围绕学校期中教学检查工作要求,重点调研建筑学专业课程教学开展情况、教师教学质量,广泛听取学生在学习、生活中的真实反馈与合理建议,及时查摆问题、优化改进,不断完善中外协同教学体系,切实提升国际化人才培养质量。


At the beginning of the event, Professor Tang Hao delivered an opening speech, introducing the Chinese and international faculty and student representatives present, and officially announced the start of the event. Associate Dean Li made supplementary remarks, elaborating on the core purpose of the session: to align with the university’s mid-term teaching quality inspection requirements, with a focus on evaluating the delivery of architecture courses and the quality of teaching, while actively gathering students’ authentic feedback and reasonable suggestions regarding their academic and campus life. The goal is to identify issues in a timely manner, drive improvements, continuously enhance the Sino-foreign collaborative teaching system, and effectively raise the quality of international talent cultivation.

交流研讨


学生代表结合专业学习实际,围绕课程设置、教学进度、课堂互动、实践教学、学习资源、生活保障等方面踊跃发言,既肯定了中外教师认真负责的教学态度与灵活多元的教学方式,也针对学习过程中的困惑与需求提出具体意见与建议。


Student representatives spoke actively based on their academic experiences, addressing topics such as curriculum design, teaching pace, classroom interaction, practical training, learning resources, and student support services. They affirmed the dedicated and responsible attitudes of both Chinese and international faculty, as well as their flexible and diverse teaching methods, while also offering specific opinions and suggestions regarding difficulties and needs encountered in their studies.

中外互动


Wojciech Cieplucha教授认真倾听学生反馈,结合国际建筑学教育经验,就课程设计、教学节奏、跨文化教学适配等问题与学生深入交流、耐心回应。中方教师团队逐一记录学生诉求,现场解答相关疑问,明确后续优化方向,搭建起中波师生无障碍沟通的桥梁。


Professor Wojciech Cieplucha listened attentively to the students' feedback. Drawing on his international experience in architectural education, he engaged in in-depth and patient discussions with the students on such topics as course design, instructional pace, and cross-cultural teaching adaptation. Meanwhile, the Chinese faculty team carefully recorded the students' concerns, addressed their questions on the spot, and clearly outlined the direction for future improvements, thus building an unimpeded bridge of communication between Chinese and Polish faculty and students.

总结部署


李副院长在总结中表示,本次全英文师生座谈是学院落实期中教学检查、深化中外协同育人的重要举措。学院将系统梳理座谈意见,聚焦教学痛点与学生需求及时整改落实,持续优化国际化教学管理与服务保障,不断提升建筑学专业人才培养质量。


In his concluding remarks, Associate Dean Li noted that this English-only teacher-student symposium was an important initiative by the school to implement the mid-term teaching inspection and deepen Sino-foreign collaborative education. The school will systematically review the opinions gathered during the symposium, focus on teaching pain points and student needs, promptly implement corrective measures, continuously optimize international teaching management and support services, and steadily enhance the quality of talent cultivation in the Architecture program.

会议成效


此次活动以中波师生对话为特色,氛围务实高效、沟通顺畅,既全面掌握了专业教学运行情况,有力推进期中教学检查工作走深走实,也进一步拉近了师生距离、深化了国际教学交流,为国际工程学院建筑学专业高质量发展注入新动力。


Characterized by dialogue between Chinese and Polish faculty and students, the event was pragmatic, efficient, and communicative. It not only provided a comprehensive understanding of the current state of teaching in the Architecture program and advanced the mid-term teaching inspection work, but also further narrowed the distance between teachers and students, deepened international teaching exchanges, and injected new momentum into the high-quality development of the Architecture program at the International School of Engineering.
