为助力在波兰比亚威斯托克工业大学（BUT）、克拉科夫工业大学（CUT）学习的学子明晰升学规划，平稳有序完成学期末离校退宿工作，5月30日，国际工程学院星光领航学业指导中心开展了线上升学经验分享会暨五月师生座谈会。国际工程学院领导班子、随行教师及全体在波学生参会，会议由随行教师胡洋主持。
To help students studying at Bialystok University of Technology (BUT) and Cracow University of Technology (CUT) in Poland clarify their postgraduate study plans and smoothly complete end-of-semester dorm check-out procedures, the Starlight Academic Guidance Center of the International School of Engineering hosted an online further education experience sharing session alongside the May faculty-student forum on May 30. School leadership, accompanying faculty and all students based in Poland attended the meeting, presided over by accompanying teacher Hu Yang.
会议特邀成功升学的优秀应届生分享经验。秦苒元、魏艺宣、汪纯伊三位同学围绕海外申研展开分享，强调GPA是硬门槛，建议利用波兰语言环境备考雅思，提前规划背景提升与作品集，并指出明确出国初衷、"澳洲保底主攻英港新"的策略可提高申请成功率。
Outstanding alumni with successful postgraduate admission results were invited to share their application insights. Three students including Qin Ranyuan, Wei Yixuan and Wang Chunyi delivered speeches on overseas master’s applications. They stressed that GPA serves as a core admission threshold, advised students to leverage Poland’s immersive language environment for IELTS preparation and advance background improvement and portfolio planning ahead of schedule. They also noted that clarifying study motivations and adopting the strategy of securing Australian universities as fallback options while prioritizing applications for the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore can greatly boost admission odds.
秦苒元通过聚焦海外申研，强调GPA是申请核心门槛，建议利用波兰的语言环境强化雅思备考效率，提前规划背景提升，采取“澳洲保底、主攻英港新”的申请策略以提高成功率。
Focusing on overseas postgraduate applications, Qin Ranyuan underscored GPA as a core admission criterion. She recommended improving IELTS preparation efficiency by taking advantage of Poland’s language environment, planning background enhancement well in advance, and adopting the application strategy of targeting the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore with Australian universities as fallback options to boost admission chances.
魏艺宣分享了海外申研背景提升经验，建议关注科研经历、实习实践与竞赛活动，结合申请方向定制个性化材料，突出学术潜力与实践能力。
Wei Yixuan shared her experience in boosting application competitiveness for overseas postgraduate programmes. She advised accumulating research experience, internships and competition awards, customizing application documents according to target majors to highlight academic potential and practical capabilities.
汪纯伊建议升学应兼顾海外申研与国内考研，提醒大家明确升学初衷，动态调整备考计划。同时要关注心态调节，拒绝与他人攀比进度，保持稳定的复习节奏。
Wang Chunyi suggested preparing for both overseas postgraduate applications and China’s postgraduate entrance examination. She reminded students to clarify their goals, adjust study plans flexibly, maintain a positive mindset, avoid comparing progress with peers and stick to a steady revision schedule.
王依冉、赵雨蝶、臧晨博、尤景璇则聚焦国内考研。他们系统讲解了数学、英语及政治的复习规划。专业课方面建议参照目标院校参考书目早做准备，择校时需理性评估实力、规避隐性门槛，"选择大于努力"，并鼓励考生调整心态、拒绝盲目攀比进度。
Wang Yiran, Zhao Yudie, Zang Chenbo and You Jingxuan focused on the domestic postgraduate entrance exam. They elaborated on revision plans for mathematics, English and politics. For specialized courses, they advised early preparation based on designated textbooks of target universities. When selecting colleges and majors, students should evaluate their competence rationally to avoid hidden admission barriers. They stressed that proper choices outweigh hard work, and encouraged exam-takers to keep a good mindset and refrain from comparing study progress blindly.
王依冉针对国内考研英语，强调“单词日拱一卒”的持续积累，建议精刷历年真题，通过拆解长难句提升理解能力。
Focusing on English for the national postgraduate entrance exam, Wang Yiran stressed consistent daily vocabulary accumulation. She recommended intensive study of past exam papers and improving reading comprehension by analyzing complex sentences.
赵雨蝶围绕国内考研数学复习，提出“基础—强化—真题—模拟”四阶段规划，推荐各阶段系列复习资料，注重错题复盘与薄弱环节突破。
Focusing on math preparation for the domestic postgraduate entrance exam, Zhao Yudie proposed a four-stage study plan: foundational learning, intensive training, past papers and mock exams. She recommended relevant learning materials for each phase and highlighted reviewing wrong questions to tackle weak points.
臧晨博侧重国内考研专业课备考，提醒参照目标院校官方参考书目早启动复习，梳理核心考点与历年真题规律，避免临时突击。
Zang Chenbo focused on the review of specialized courses for the postgraduate entrance exam. He suggested starting preparation early with official reference books from target universities, sorting out key exam points and patterns of past test papers instead of cramming at the last minute.
尤璟璇聚焦国内考研择校策略，提出需理性评估自身实力与目标院校匹配度，规避隐性门槛，根据自身情况合理、动态选择目标院校，避免盲目冲刺热门院校。
You Jingxuan centered on college selection strategies for the postgraduate entrance exam. She advised students to objectively assess their competitiveness against admission requirements of target institutions, steer clear of hidden thresholds, dynamically pick suitable schools based on personal conditions and avoid rash applications for overly popular universities.
随行教师任娟、胡洋就波兰两校学生退宿进行了详细说明，针对CUT与BUT两校的不同退宿流程，要求离宿前清理宿舍、恢复原状。防止因未注销银行卡而产生扣费，导致个人国际信用受损。行程管理上，两位老师强调离校前需完成线上登记以便统计回国航班，离波前向带队老师报备，回国后微信报备平安。
Teachers Ren Juan and Hu Yang gave detailed instructions on dorm check-out for students studying at the two Polish universities. In line with different check-out rules of CUT and BUT, students must clean and restore their dormitories before moving out. They should cancel local bank cards to avoid unexpected charges and damage to personal international credit. For travel arrangements, students need to finish online registration for flight statistics, inform tutors prior to leaving Poland and report safe arrival in China via WeChat.
孔伟副书记在总结中回顾了同学们从初到波兰的懵懂到如今独当一面的蜕变。他叮嘱大家，越是临近离校，越要严守纪律底线与安全红线，站好最后一班岗。他鼓励大家将个人升学选择与国家建设需求相结合，把在国际舞台上汲取的知识与视野，转化为未来报效祖国的真才实学。
In his concluding speech, Deputy Secretary Kong Wei looked back on students’ remarkable growth from inexperienced newcomers in Poland to independent individuals. He reminded everyone to abide by disciplines and safety regulations before departure and finish their overseas studies responsibly. He encouraged students to align their further education plans with national development needs and apply their international knowledge and insights to serve the country.

In the closing address, Dean Huang Lingxiang stated that the students stand at the forefront of China-Poland cultural exchanges, and their unique cross-cultural learning experience is an invaluable asset. The online sharing session and May forum have laid a solid foundation for improving overseas student management and Sino-foreign cooperative education. The Starlight Academic Guidance Center will keep leveraging peer mentorship and resource integration to popularize career planning experience across the ISE, offering tailored counseling for both domestic and overseas postgraduate applicants. Going forward, the school will refine its overseas student service system, optimize international talent training, and fuel the high-quality development of the university’s international education initiatives.
