近日，天津城建大学国际工程学院环境工程与土木工程专业的本科生、研究生在带队教师王喆的陪同下，顺利抵达波兰比亚威斯托克，开启了此次交流学习的全新篇章。
Recently, undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering from the InternationalSchool of Engineering at Tianjin Chengjian University, accompanied by their faculty leader, Wang Zhe, successfully arrived in Białystok, Poland, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their academic exchange program.
为保障同学们顺利出行、平稳抵达、安心入住、尽快适应海外学习生活，赴波师生围绕行前准备、抵达衔接、住宿安顿及生活适应等重点环节提前部署、周密安排，以细致周到的服务为本次交流学习提供坚实保障。期间，带队教师与各班班委保持密切沟通，根据各批次航班及到达时间统筹制定接机方案，逐一核对航班信息、抵达时间、人员分组及接送安排，做好各环节衔接工作。抵达学校后，协助同学办理入住手续，明确住宿规定，为同学们顺利抵达、平安入住和后续学习生活提供有力支持。
To ensure a smooth journey, safe arrival, comfortable accommodation, and a quick adjustment to life and study abroad, the faculty and students traveling to Poland made thorough preparations and arrangements in advance, focusing on key aspects including pre-departure preparation, arrival coordination, accommodation, and adaptation to daily life. Through attentive and thoughtful support, they provided solid assistance for the successful implementation of the academic exchange program. Throughout the process, the faculty leader maintained close communication with the class representatives and coordinated airport pick-up arrangements based on the flight schedules and arrival times of different groups. Flight information, arrival times, group assignments, and transportation arrangements were carefully verified to ensure smooth coordination at every stage. Upon arrival at the university, assistance was provided with check-in procedures and accommodation arrangements, and relevant residence regulations were explained to the students. These efforts provided strong support for their safe arrival, smooth accommodation, and subsequent study and daily life in Poland.
随行教师第一时间召开班委会，强调班委定位与责任、海外留学纪律与安全、建立班委分工、明确晚点名制度、学习及心理困难学生帮扶、以及近期学习安排和准备等内容。针对同学们初到波兰后在生活适应方面遇到的实际问题，随行教师结合当地生活环境和实际情况，从电话卡办理、日常缴费、交通出行、生活购物等方面进行细致介绍和指导，帮助同学们尽快熟悉当地生活。同时，教师结合海外学习生活实际，提醒同学们时刻关注自身安全，增强自我保护意识，认真做好个人物品的保管，并与老师、班委和家人保持畅通联系，遇到困难或突发情况及时沟通、寻求帮助。面对语言环境、支付方式和生活习惯等方面的差异，随行教师与班委及时关注同学们的实际需求，通过耐心答疑、个别指导等方式，为同学们提供针对性的帮助，协助大家逐步熟悉当地环境、调整生活节奏，尽快融入新的学习和生活环境。
A class committee meeting was held at the earliest opportunity to emphasize the roles and responsibilities of class committee members, discipline and safety during overseas study, the division of responsibilities among committee members, the evening roll-call system, support for students experiencing academic or psychological difficulties, as well as recent study arrangements and preparations. In response to the practical challenges students encountered in adapting to life in Poland upon their arrival, the accompanying teachers provided detailed information and guidance on various aspects of daily life, including obtaining SIM cards, making routine payments, transportation, and shopping. These efforts helped students become familiar with their local surroundings and daily routines as quickly as possible. At the same time, based on the realities of studying and living abroad, the teachers reminded students to pay close attention to their personal safety, strengthen their awareness of self-protection, and properly safeguard their personal belongings. Students were also encouraged to maintain open communication with teachers, class committee members, and their families, and to communicate promptly and seek assistance whenever they encountered difficulties or emergencies. In the face of differences in the language environment, payment methods, and daily living habits, the accompanying teachers and class committee members paid close attention to students’ practical needs. Through patient explanations, individual guidance, and other forms of support, they provided targeted assistance to help students gradually become familiar with the local environment, adjust to the new pace of life, and integrate into their new study and living environment as quickly as possible.
从最初对陌生生活环境的不熟悉，到能够独立采购、准备食材并完成一顿饭，同学们在这些看似平常的生活实践中逐渐提升了独立生活能力，也更加主动地了解和适应当地的生活方式。亲手准备一餐饭，不仅让同学们感受到熟悉的家乡味道，也成为大家认识波兰生活、融入当地环境的一种方式。点点滴滴的生活体验，让同学们在异国他乡逐渐找到归属感，也为接下来的交流学习奠定了更加从容、稳定的基础。
From initially feeling unfamiliar with their new surroundings to being able to independently shop for groceries, prepare ingredients, and cook a complete meal, the students gradually developed greater independence through these seemingly ordinary aspects of daily life. At the same time, they became more proactive in learning about and adapting to the local way of life. Preparing a meal themselves not only allowed the students to enjoy a familiar taste of home, but also became a meaningful way for them to experience life in Poland and integrate into their new surroundings. Through these small but meaningful everyday experiences, the students gradually developed a sense of belonging in a foreign country, laying a more confident and stable foundation for their subsequent exchange and study.
为迎接新学期的到来，帮助同学们尽快熟悉波兰的学习环境，学校组织学生与波兰BUT教师开展见面交流会。会上，BUT教师对新学期的课程安排、教学要求及学习方式进行了介绍，并围绕课堂纪律、学术规范、校园生活等方面进行了交流指导。随行教师结合学生实际情况，就学习生活中的安全事项、时间安排、沟通方式等内容进行提醒，鼓励同学们主动适应新的教学环境，积极参与课堂交流，合理安排学习与生活。此次见面交流不仅增进了中波师生之间的沟通与了解，也帮助同学们进一步明确了新学期的学习目标和生活要求，为后续交流学习顺利开展奠定了良好基础。
To welcome the new semester and help students become familiar with the academic environment in Poland as soon as possible, the school organized a welcome and exchange meeting between the students and Polish teachers. During the meeting, the Polish teachers introduced the course schedule, teaching requirements, and learning methods for the new semester, and provided guidance on classroom discipline, academic standards, and campus life. Based on the students’ actual circumstances, the accompanying teachers reminded them of important issues related to safety in their studies and daily lives, time management, and communication. They encouraged the students to actively adapt to the new teaching environment, participate in classroom discussions, and make appropriate arrangements for both their studies and daily lives. The meeting not only strengthened communication and mutual understanding between Chinese and Polish teachers and students, but also helped the students further clarify their study goals and requirements for daily life in the new semester, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of their subsequent exchange and study.
远赴异国，既是一次求知之旅，也是一次开阔视野、增进交流、锻炼自我的宝贵经历。同学们将在新的学习环境中感受不同文化，拓展国际视野，在交流与实践中不断成长，收获一段难忘而充实的海外学习经历。
Traveling to a foreign country is not only a journey in pursuit of knowledge, but also a valuable opportunity to broaden horizons, enhance cross-cultural communication, and develop personal abilities.
