近期，学校组织召开赴波教师工作交流会。校党委常委、副校长刘中宪出席，国际工程学院党总支书记杨萍，院长黄凌翔，副院长李光旻、谭立峰，国际交流处副处长邓琳梓以及2026年上半年赴波归国教师景一帆、任娟、刘今朝、胡洋和2026年下半年新一批赴波教师王喆、李源、符蓉以及国际工程学院党政办、教学办、学办全体工作人员参会。会议由黄凌翔主持。
Recently, the university organised a working meeting for staff returning from Poland. Liu Zhongxian, Member of the Standing Committee of the University Party Committee and Vice-President, attended the meeting, along with Yang Ping, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the InternationalSchool of Engineering; Huang Lingxiang, Dean; Li Guangmin and Tan Lifeng, Deputy Deans; Deng Linzi, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office; and Jing Yifan and Ren Juan, who returned from Poland in the first half of 2026, as well as Liu Jinchao and Hu Yang—who had returned from Poland in the first half of 2026—and the new group of faculty members due to travel to Poland in the second half of 2026—Wang Zhe, Li Yuan and Fu Rong—as well as all staff from the Party and Administrative Office, the Academic Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office of the ISE. The meeting was chaired by Huang Lingxiang.
会上，景一帆、任娟两位老师结合在克拉科夫工业大学工作实际，详细讲述了入学宣贯、课堂表现、日常生活管理、学术和文化交流等工作内容；刘今朝、胡洋两位老师结合在比亚威斯托克工业大学工作实际，详细讲述了教学对接、师生座谈、实习实践、校园活动等工作内容。他们一致表示，衷心感谢学校给予的海外交流、履职锻炼、增长才干的宝贵机会。此次分享希望能给新一批赴波教师提供参考。他们细致、暖心的管理和服务，切实保障了我校在波学生的培养质量，推动了中波双方教学层面的深度协同。此外，还获得了中国驻波兰大使馆的关注和慰问。四位老师克服语言交流、文化差异、生活不便、远程沟通协调等多重挑战，圆满完成了派出任务。
At the meeting, lecturers Jing Yifan and Ren Juan drew on their practical experience at the Kraków University of Technology to provide a detailed account of their work, covering areas such as orientation for new students, classroom conduct, day-to-day management, and academic and cultural exchange; lecturers Liu Jinchao and Hu Yang, drawing on their practical experience at the Białystok University of Technology, provided a detailed account of their work, covering areas such as teaching coordination, teacher-student forums, work placements and practical training, and campus activities. They unanimously expressed their sincere gratitude to the university for providing this valuable opportunity for overseas exchange, professional development and the enhancement of their capabilities. It is hoped that this sharing session will serve as a reference for the new cohort of teachers heading to Poland. Their meticulous and caring management and support have effectively ensured the quality of education for our university’s students in Poland and promoted in-depth collaboration between China and Poland at the teaching level. Furthermore, they received recognition and well-wishes from the Chinese Embassy in Poland. The four lecturers successfully overcame multiple challenges—including language barriers, cultural differences, practical difficulties in daily life, and the challenges of remote communication and coordination—to successfully complete their assignments.
学校即将派遣王喆老师赴比亚威斯托克工业大学，符蓉、李源两位老师赴克拉科夫工业大学。三位老师结合学校和专业、管理实际，分别介绍了赴波的工作计划，他们围绕学生管理、教学衔接、安全保障等方面做了清晰梳理，同时结合四位归国老师分享的工作经验，进一步明确了赴波工作的注意事项，他们充分表达完成外派工作、擦亮城大国际教育品牌的信心。
The university is about to send Mr Wang Zhe to the Bialystok University of Technology, and Ms Fu Rong and Mr Li Yuan to the Kraków University of Technology. Drawing on the university’s context, their respective disciplines and practical management experience, the three lecturers each presented their work plans for their assignments in Poland. They provided a clear overview of aspects such as student management, the transition between teaching programmes and safety measures. Furthermore, by incorporating the work experiences shared by four lecturers who had recently returned from their assignments abroad, they further clarified the key considerations for their work in Poland. They fully expressed their confidence in successfully completing their assignments and enhancing the international education brand of the Tianjin Chengjian University .
刘中宪副校长作总结讲话，他指出，波兰两校是我校欧洲校际合作重要伙伴，双方在师生互派、学术研究、课程共建等方面交流密切，有力促进了相关学科建设；每一位外派教师都是城建大学行走的名片、国际交流的桥梁。他代表学校向四位归国教师的辛勤付出表示感谢，对教师们高标准完成派出工作、展现学校教师良好风貌表示祝贺，同时对三位即将赴波教师的积极响应与主动担当表示感谢，并提出三点期望：一是牢记出访目标，坚持立德树人，着力推进国际化复合型人才培养，扎实完成校院两级部署的各项任务；二是立足人类命运共同体理念与“一带一路”倡议，展示学校办学与学术成果，讲好中国故事，增进中外理解互信；三是恪守当地法规与合作院校管理要求，绷紧安全之弦，做好校内常态化对接，确保外派工作平稳推进。
Vice-President Liu Zhongxian delivered the closing remarks, noting that the two Polish universities are key partners in our institution’s European inter-university cooperation. The two sides maintain close exchanges in areas such as the exchange of staff and students, academic research and joint curriculum development, which have significantly advanced the development of relevant disciplines; every faculty member sent abroad serves as a living ambassador for the Tianjin Chengjian University and a bridge for international exchange. On behalf of the university, he expressed gratitude to the four returning lecturers for their hard work and congratulated them on fulfilling their assignments to a high standard and exemplifying the fine professional ethos of the university’s teaching staff. He also thanked the three lecturers due to depart for Poland for their enthusiastic response and proactive commitment, and set out three expectations: firstly, to bear in mind the objectives of the visit, uphold the principle of fostering virtue through education, focus on advancing the cultivation of international, multidisciplinary talent, and conscientiously complete all tasks assigned at both university and faculty levels; secondly, to ground their work in the concept of a ‘Community with a Shared Future for Mankind’ and the ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative, showcase the university’s educational and academic achievements, tell China’s story effectively, and foster mutual understanding and trust between China and other countries; and thirdly, to strictly adhere to local laws and regulations as well as the management requirements of partner institutions, remain vigilant regarding safety, maintain regular liaison with the university, and ensure the smooth progress of the overseas assignments.
此次赴波教师交流会进一步梳理了外派交流工作的任务要求和经验成果，为即将出访的教师明晰了工作方向，也为后续中波校际合作的深化开展奠定了良好基础。
This exchange meeting for teachers travelling to Poland served to further clarify the tasks, requirements and lessons learnt from previous exchange programmes, providing a clear direction for the teachers due to travel abroad and laying a solid foundation for the further development of Sino-Polish inter-university cooperation.
