10月10日中午，天津城建大学国际工程学院举行“星途逐梦·语路启航”英语强化营启动仪式。黄凌翔院长、李光旻副院长、谭立峰副院长，各专业系主任、教学办有关人员及2026级全体新生参加活动，仪式由教学办孙艺华老师主持。
At noon on October 10, the International School of Engineering of Tianjin Chengjian University held the launch ceremony for the "Star Path, Dream Pursuit · Language Voyage" English Intensive Camp. Dean Huang Lingxiang, Vice Dean Li Guangmin, Vice Dean Tan Lifeng, directors of various departments, relevant staff from the Teaching Office, and all 2026 freshmen attended the event. The ceremony was hosted by Ms. Sun Yihua from the Teaching Office.
国际工程学院是学校中外合作办学的重要平台，英语能力直接关系学生的课程学习、语言衔接及出国交流深造。本次英语强化营依托学院“星途逐梦”语言进阶研习中心开展，是学院“星途逐梦”系列英语活动的重要组成部分，旨在帮助新生尽早进入英语学习状态、建立科学备考体系，为赴波方合作院校学习和国际化发展奠定语言基础。
The International School of Engineering is an important platform for the university's Sino-foreign cooperative education. English proficiency directly affects students' course learning, language transition, and overseas exchange and further study. This English Intensive Camp is carried out under theISE's "Star Path, Dream Pursuit" Language Advancement Learning Center and is an important part of theISE's "Star Path, Dream Pursuit" series of English activities. It aims to help freshmen enter English learning mode as early as possible, establish a scientific exam preparation system, and lay a language foundation for studying at the Polish partner university and for international development.
启动仪式上，学院院长黄凌翔致辞，对2026级新生提出学习期望与要求，阐述了英语学习对国际化人才培养的重要意义。他希望同学们主动适应中外合作办学对语言能力的要求，用好学院语言进阶平台与优质资源，以英语强化营为起点，勤学善练、久久为功，不断提升英语综合运用能力。
At the launch ceremony, Dean Huang Lingxiang delivered a speech, offering learning expectations and requirements for the 2026 freshmen and explaining the significance of English learning for cultivating internationalized talents. He hoped that students would actively adapt to the language requirements of Sino-foreign cooperative education, make good use of theISE's language advancement platform and high-quality resources, and take the English Intensive Camp as a starting point to study diligently, practice consistently, and continuously improve their comprehensive English proficiency.
在优秀学生代表学习经验分享环节上，参加CUT（波兰克拉科夫工业大学）语言班学习的学生代表赵镜童，分享了语言学习方法与备考心得；雅思达到5.5分并通过学院政策申请大学英语免修的学生代表柴司卿和刘振葆，分享了雅思备考经验及政策体验。三位同学以亲身经历为新生提供了可借鉴的学习路径。
In the session where outstanding student representatives shared their learning experiences, Zhao Jingtong, a student representative who participated in the CUT (Cracow University of Technology, Poland) language class, shared language learning methods and exam preparation insights; Chai Siqing and Liu Zhenbao, student representatives who reached an IELTS score of 5.5 and applied for university English exemption throughISEpolicies, shared their IELTS preparation experience and policy experience. The three students provided freshmen with referable learning paths based on their personal experiences.
李光旻副院长介绍了后续活动安排：“星光引路”学长学姐经验分享会将于第6周举行；“星词筑基”专业词汇手册发放与晚读于第6周启动，贯穿整个学期；“星教赋能”大学英语教学改革落地实践贯穿第一学期全程；“星辉讲堂”校外专家英语培训讲座、“星语有约”外教面对面口语交流会、“逐梦雅思·星途特训营”雅思专项强化培训班等也将陆续开展。最后，李副院长作总结发言，鼓励同学们以启动仪式为起点，主动参与系列英语活动，持之以恒、厚积薄发，在英语能力上不断取得新进步。
Vice Dean Li Guangmin introduced the follow-up activity arrangements: the "Starlight Guiding" senior experience sharing session will be held in Week 6; the "Star Words Foundation" professional vocabulary handbook distribution and evening reading will start in Week 6 and run throughout the semester; the "Star Teaching Empowerment" college English teaching reform practice will run throughout the first semester; the "Star Brilliance Lecture" external expert English training lecture, the "Star Language Date" face-to-face oral communication session with foreign teachers, and the "Dream Pursuit IELTS · Star Path Special Training Camp" IELTS intensive training class will also be launched successively. Finally, Vice Dean Li gave a concluding speech, encouraging students to take the launch ceremony as a starting point, actively participate in the series of English activities, persevere with sustained effort and build up strength for greater achievements, and continuously make new progress in English proficiency.
启动仪式结束后，李光旻副院长与2026级各班助班进行了座谈交流。他嘱托各位助班以身作则、切实担起督促引导责任，带动本班新生重视英语学习、按时参加各项培训活动，帮助同学们养成良好的英语学习习惯。
After the launch ceremony, Vice Dean Li Guangmin held a discussion and exchange with the assistant class advisers of the 2026 classes. He urged the assistant class advisers to lead by example, earnestly assume the responsibility of supervision and guidance, drive freshmen in their classes to value English learning, attend various training activities on time, and help students develop good English learning habits.
本次启动仪式拉开了2026级新生英语强化营及“星途逐梦”系列英语活动的序幕。学院将持续推进语言进阶培养体系建设，助力学生在英语学习中逐梦启航、行稳致远。
This launch ceremony opened the prelude to the 2026 freshmen English Intensive Camp and the "Star Path, Dream Pursuit" series of English activities. The ISE will continue to advance the construction of the language advancement training system and help students set sail in pursuit of their dreams and go steadily and far in English learning.
